Marek Kutarba: NATO wants to spend billions of dollars on defense. However, not all money will go to tanks, planes and rockets

Although the NATO states are expected to spend 5% of GDP on defence, only 3.5 percent will be spent on arms purchases and the maintenance of the armed forces - about the same as the Americans are spending today. The remaining 1.5% are to be utilized to rebuild NATO's facilities, from the key infrastructure to the European armaments industry.
