Marek Baterowicz: IS POLAND, IS POLISH NOT THERE?

Under this title, Mr.Richard Surmacz announced the text in No. 178 “Arcans” (July 2024), and it was a summary of the debate on Homeland issues in No.175-176/2024, in which Jan Parys, Prof. Marek Kornat, Minister Jan K. Ardanowski, Marshal Marek Jurek and Prof. Andrzej Nowak discussed. In the introductory word Mr Surmacz (history and journalist) wrote that all the statements of the above-mentioned speakers indicate a clear discrimination between the ruling class and the actual needs of Poland. This is most likely true, due to the fact that each of us besides sees large contempt for the needs of the country and citizens shown by the alleged Donald Tusk government. However, I do not realize why the author utilized the word “class” here? Does this mean that this mob group has already reached “class” status? She is simply acting on behalf of a bunch of peerless people dreaming of restoring political morals before 1989! But possibly there's sarcasm in the definition of class? Nevertheless, the word is vague in this case, as the squad of Tusk ministers does not represent a single class of society, is only collected from respective social groups, or, in fact, a coalition of political parties with a Peerelian profile with the Civic Platform (de facto oligarchs!) at the head, founded by the services of Gen. Gromosław Czempiński, the ace of the PRL-U intelligence, who watched the Polish clergy and even Archbishop Wojtyla during his journey to the US. Poland 2050 (the alleged 3rd Road) is simply a duplicate of the PO in this coalition, and PSL – these “restrictions” of history, faithful to the alliance with the left and liberals (!) are besides needed PO for the majority, as is the neo-left or the old left with their ayatollah Czarzasty. And the Confederates? They always dress patriots by pinching real PiS patriots, and sometimes they vote like PO to harm the right and take distant the immunity of Zbigniew Ziobro. In this grumpy Seymie, this coalition on 13 December, a gathering of peerless relics, governs a nation torn apart politically, and tries as possible to prevent the PiS from winning the majority in it. Hence the arrest of innocent PiS MPs – Kamiński and Wąsik, and then the pursuit of Ziobra or Romanowski, due to the fact that the PO is obsessed with maintaining its power, treated as a means to keep dictatorship with overt violation of law and Constitution. Tusk so rules against the classical rule that the main function of the state is to service the nation. In specified a scenery there is not even a place to fulfill electoral promises, or the real needs of Poland. The needs of Poland and Poles for specified a government as the Tusk mafia are not perceived at all. Indeed, Donald Tusk, called by the naive prime minister, became a fox allowed into the henhouse, and Jan Parys writes plainly: “I have no uncertainty or illusions that he cares about the welfare of Poland”... (Arcana No. 175-6, p.8). We share this opinion widely, and for years (2007-2015) the first premiere of this anti-Polish agent. His highly negative function in our history, straight destructive (the extinction of Poland and its industry) besides merged with the Smolensk “catastrophe”, as separating visits to Katyn Tusk created perfect conditions for the assassination. And then he gave a clever investigation to the Russians, which was, of course, a cynical warrant to cover up the planned tragedy. The deficiency of settlement of Tusk's squad for the period of his first regulation was a large neglect of PiS, it points to Ardanowski (Arcana No. 175-6, p. 20), as well as Prof. A. Nowak, including the deficiency of explanation of the Smolensk tragedy (idem, p. 28). Unfortunately, there were more specified negligence or PiS errors, both gentlemen point to disregard of local elections, no media coverage, alleged 5 animals were announced, approval of the PiS to import food from Ukraine or allowed to degrade higher education, which was specifically pointed out by Prof. Andrzej Nowak, author of an open letter (2018) to the president of PiS, unfortunately the letter did not receive an answer. It was about the improvement of higher education institutions, and this was unwisely entrusted to the coalitionist Gowin (a erstwhile associate of the PO!) who for six years deepened the collapse of Polish humanities caused by Tusk's erstwhile rule. Unfortunately, the vote of Govin was needed for the majority, hence the full combination – here it is possible to blame millions of Poles who ignore the elections, due to the fact that on 4 June 1989 they lost their religion in democracy erstwhile Geremek scolded voters the next day, that they allowed themselves to be free besides much, and so the ordination was changed and in the second circular of these shameful elections attendance was 25%... However, it is time to forget this, the silent millions of voters are not a good recipe for improving the destiny of the Homeland, especially erstwhile she got back into the paws of erstwhile comrades, so the peers and vampires of the “iustion”! The gatherings of these 3rd Polish elections interrupted the construction of a fresh Republic, their slogans were like banners from the fallen Polish People's Republic, until abruptly at the end of 2023 – after a long night of voting at the polling stations, almost by morning – they achieved that the PiS lacked the absolute majority. So the parliament gate was opened for the coalitions of the losing parties, they came in in hurm and they did not intend to leave as prof. Marek Kornat believes, and specified a parliament is like a coffin for a surviving nation. In his message “No illusions?” Prof. Kornat writes that the aim of the operation, which we have seen since December 2023, is to degrade Poland internationally. Poland will not talk with its own voice. It will be a tool in the hands of external forces. Under these conditions, abroad support for the activities of Tusk camp is guaranteed no substance what happens" (Arcana, No.175-6, p.15). But this aphony and paralysis of our sovereignty begins in a parliament dominated by mercenaries from the EU. This is somewhat akin to the 1717 Seym, called Niemy, due to the fact that without discussion he had to accept the treaty imposed by the Russian proconsul, Dolgoruki's kniazia, which our Crown Army of Augustus the Strong limited to eighteen thousand, and Lithuanian to six 1000 soldiers, besides prohibited Confederacy... What kind of treaty will Ursula von der Leyen impose tomorrow? And how does our defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, 1 of Tusk's servants, comment? Tuska, who doesn't even gotta apply drastic methods like Lenin the Silesians ordered to hang opposition to the Bolshevik regime. After all, Tusk has his unknown perpetrators and a serial suicide, which he was not accounted for. Therefore, as prof. Kornat continues to write, he destroys the 3rd Republic of Poland by means of “an avalanche of illegal actions applied to us in order to seize our country by illegal means and to say that this is the restoration of the “state of law” (idem, p.16). The situation of Poland is so dramatic, so Archbishop Stanislaw Gądecki issued the “Appeal” worthy of Complaint and Teodorowicz, and raised in it the issue of the threat of independency of the Homeland resulting from aggression from the East, but besides the confiscation of sovereign competences of the Republic from Western institutions, and yet the dissolution of sovereign power of the state in interior life. Archbishop Gądecki called for a constant prayer for Homeland, as well as for the reconstruction of the political community of the nation, as reminded by writer and historian Marek Jurek (Arcana nr.175-6, p.25-26).

Returning to the summary of Mr Surmacz, it should be noted that there are any understatements in it, although the author sees perfectly what the 3rd Polish Republic looked like: “The new/old power, on the 1 hand, began to make a imagination of European happiness (II of the Polish Republic, left in a form made), and on the other, criticize the PRL and at the same time proceed its model of operation” (Arcana No. 178, p.35). It turned out that the top was inactive the PRL-bis model, which after the overthrow of the Olszewski government in 1992 (i.e. after the defeat of the plan of the mirroring and decommunisation) was implanted for good on the bare scaffolding of the 3rd Republic of Poland, erected in 1989. To the naked, due to the fact that the legal continuity of the II Republic of Poland and III of the Republic of Poland (despite the legislature declaration of 16.04.2018) was a fiction. Unfortunately, Polish elites in 1992 were not allowed to proceed the Polish state, which could establish this legal continuity from the Second Polish Republic. And the ex-associates or peers returned to power. And the 2 presidents of TW Kwasniewski illustrate this clearly, which is why Mr Surmacz most likely utilized the word “new pseudo-elite”. And he goes on to write: “People who can change anything were not allowed to talk either in the PRL or after 1989.” (Idem, p.36). But you can't explain it by murdering conventional intelligence, that would not be true. Intelligence has survived, specified as Olszewski, Macierewicz, Prof. Legutko, Prof. Krasnodębski or Prof. Czarnek, and many others prove that intelligence is only good that it is marginalized, sometimes ridiculed, erstwhile it displays patriotism while dealing with politics, and specified works as crucial “Esej about the Polish soul” (2008) Prof. Legutki can be silenced due to the fact that it is in it that the negative function of “the tribe” of peers in our past has been shown. Only the period of demolition of Poland, which has lasted since December 2023, may open the eyes to Poles on the terrible problem of the pearelczyks. Mr Surmacz is surely aware of him, if he writes that “the legal and moral mess created in the Polish People's Republic is inactive budding and pouring in a wide stream in the 3rd Republic, he begins to make further mutations.” ( idem, p.33) And since December 2023 we see that it is no longer a stream, but a monsoon of aberration and ever-growing lawlessness. Well, you can forgive the author's “stream” due to the fact that he wrote his text in the spring or summertime of 2024. However, it is not appropriate to proclaim specified unusual verdicts as that in 1989 the Polish state did not take advantage of the occasion and did not declare independency at the time, due to the fact that the PZPR was an all-powerful hegemon at the circular table and excluded all references to the II Republic of Poland. And 1 more thing about the relation of Jarosław Kaczyński - Donald Tusk (if there are any specified ones, which I doubt...) are not equal stocks, as Prof. Marek Kornat or Prof. Andrzej Nowak clearly expressed, another corpheus of our reborn intelligence, which must conflict with Ariman's “priests” on so many fronts. We are at the sharp view of History, struggling with the EU pier, which unfortunately mocks democracy, and in the parliament we fight against political robbers, which do not recognise the principles of pure play, and there are besides MPs, which Cyrankiewicz's kind threatens to chop off the hands of “writers”. How different it was at the threshold of the Second Polish Republic erstwhile Poland returned to the map of Europe after the night of partitions. This was on 9 February 1919 in the Warsaw Cathedral of St. John's sermon given by Archbishop of Lviv Józef Teodorowicz, before the first session of the Sejm after independency was restored. The Archbishop of Lviv, about Armenian roots, loved Poland like Slovak or Mickiewicz, and asked these Spirits of the past – where did this unbreakable love for the Homeland come from and told them that we wanted to build the kind of Poland you dreamed of... In his thrilling sermon (available on Google, listen!) he besides asked the MPs for this first parliament to come with a cleansed heart... Gentlemen Tusk, Bodnar, Żurek, Czarzasty or Ionian – do you have any hearts?

And how do we answer the question - is Poland, is Poland no longer? In 1989, we were only saying goodbye to the “people’s” republic, installed since 1945 by Stalin with Birut or Berman (and with the Yalta aid), but the divisions have not yet come out of russian bases. They will leave much later, due to the fact that in 1992, after the telegram of Prime Minister Olszewski. It was a sign of independence, but it was later disrupted by another events specified as abortion of the Polish government on June night, EU pressure, Smolensk “catastrophe” and the associated investigation in the grotesque version of Anodina or visits of EU commissioners again. Poland, seen from a different perspective, was a region of private freedom, besides a good “corite”, due to the fact that yet Poles could feed themselves well after the poorness of the Polish People's Republic and research the planet due to the fact that they received permanent passports. But they do not decide about sovereignty, and since December 2023 Poland has been evaporating into space, losing independency without changing borders. It is besides possible to discuss whether Poland is politically burned out or abruptly fell victim to the political revenge of the peers for the fact that the Law and Justice Department wanted to save the regulation of law essential for democracy. The III Polish Republic so required reform, and its enemies were so beneficiaries of gold peer pensions, which were rightly perceived as harm to grey citizens. These beneficiaries found support in the EU and Tusk became their corporal. They follow him blindly, not seeing that Tusk's mob crew destroys the 3rd Republic of Poland with full execution, performed with absolute disregard for rights and democracy. Prior to that, the post-communist arrangement kept Poles on a leash where fundamental systemic changes specified as the healing of Temida could bring democracy, this arrangement concealed the fact that only the purified courts and the uncorruptible prosecutors were the basis of democracy. So there was no Poland. And today, the current government with Bodnar and Żurk annihilate the justice strategy as it was done for Stalinism. This offensive of lawlessness and chaotic madness must be stopped if we are reasoning of surviving. Fortunately, president Nawrocki respects laws and codes, he is our busola in a thousand-year march.
