The next anniversary of the August Accords passed, as always, according to the lost rituals, from which it is hard to discern the deeper fact about those events. So probably, if it were not for the action of vandals defining themselves as the last generation, who on Saturday destroyed the gate of Gdańsk Shipyard, the cradle of Solidarity, besides this year the anniversary of Polish August would pass without echo.
