Marco Rubio: Russia made a request that Ukraine cannot agree to

The head of American diplomacy asked whether Russia wanted peace, said, "Well, we can only follow what we see. They made it clear that they wanted the remainder of the Donetsk circuit, and of course the Ukrainians would not agree to it. So now we see that the Russians proceed to hit Ukraine long-range, of course to weaken their energy network and effort to corrupt the country (...), have made any advancement in the Donetsk Oblast. They lose 7,000 soldiers a week... so that's our assessment so far. They have made a request that Ukraine cannot accept.
