The prosecution has charged Marius Błaszczak for overstepping his powers as a public officer. Mariusz Błaszczak declassified fragments of the operational paper entitled "Warta", which afraid plans to defend Poland on the Vistula River. This paper was approved in 2011 under Donald Tusk and classified by the then Minister of National Defence. As regards secret documents, there is simply a logical rule in Poland that those who secrete them have the right to declassified them. Of course, this is not about a circumstantial individual, but alternatively about his position. Since the paper in question was classified by the Minister of National Defence, Mariusz Błaszczak, as another Minister of National Defence, had all right to declassified the document. This was admitted by the public prosecutor Alicja Szelągowska from the territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw stating that Mariusz Błaszczak "He had the right due to the fact that he had the power to do so, but you could say that He did it without a reflection. It’s okay. ”
Warning
Remember, you live in a country ruled by Tusk. If you go out of the store and pay the money due for the goods you bought, but do it without any reflection, you may be charged with stealing the goods. If you follow the current velocity limit by driving a car, but do it without reflection, you may be charged with breaking traffic regulations and you may lose your driving license. If you make a withdrawal from your account in the bank, but you do it without any reflection, you could be charged with bank robbery.
The prosecution has charged erstwhile Minister of State at the Ministry of Justice Marcin Romanowski for breach of procedures for the allocation of funds from the Justice Fund, which would lead to individual benefits for him. The case seemed scandalous. Snuto conjecture of the individual benefits Romanowski gained, telling us straight what financial gratuities could have been placed on his private account. According to the investigating prosecutor, the only individual benefit Martin Romanowski was “satisfaction from supporting projects of Christian and conservative organizations in line with its worldview".
Warning
Remember, you live in a country ruled by Tusk. If you support any initiatives you think are right, you may be accused by the prosecution of reaping the individual benefits of the satisfaction of supporting specified initiatives. If you aid financially the individual in need, the poor, collecting funds to finance a complex operation, you can be charged by the prosecution with receiving individual benefits from the satisfaction of providing assistance to the individual in need. The fear of specified accusations was most likely driven by Tusk officials distributing funds from the KPO. If they had granted these funds for good purposes, e.g. for hospitals that applied for this money or allocated money for pro-development activities, for CPK-type investments or atomic power plants, if they did so, they could have been accused of reaping the individual benefits of satisfying the useful ,in their opinion, distribution of money. However, officials acted rationally to avoid prosecution and any responsibility. Granting funds that will be paid from the state budget, for yachts for smart guys, for swingers clubs, or for the implementation of the program "Body Nature - towards decolonizing and supporting fresh female, queer, animal ties", granting funds for specified purposes, officials felt disgust and even disgust. It would so be hard to accuse them of taking individual benefits from the satisfaction of specified distribution of state money.
In this context, we inactive request to return to the case of Mariusz Błaszczak, who is besides accused by the prosecution of acting with the intention of gaining benefits, but not personal, but political. Political advantages for the PiS organization he is simply a associate of. According to the prosecutor's office, declassification and public disclosure of an excellent, even strategically superb plan of defence of Poland was to benefit political parties ...... which party. I think the 1 that this superb plan has developed and approved. Unless this party, and Donald Tusk, who headed it, wanted to avoid accusations of individual and political benefits resulting from the satisfaction of approving the plan of effective defence of Poland, and in order to avoid this, approved the plan that exposes Poland to Russian annexation, the plan of national betrayal. And they avoided specified accusations. I mean, they're avoiding it for now. As long as the lawyer General is like Bodnar or Żurka they avoid it. For now.
