Most people forget that the number of votes cast in a referendum is calculated in relation to the number of people entitled to vote, while the number of votes cast per organization or coalition is counted in relation to the number of votes actually cast in the elections. Therefore, comparing 35.38% of the votes cast for the Law and Justice in the parliamentary elections with 40.91 percent of the votes cast in the referendum is unauthorised and misleading.
So let's look at absolute numbers. Out of 29,532,595 people entitled to vote, 21,966,891 people appeared in the polling stations. It follows that 7,565,704 voters did not participate in either the parliamentary elections or the referendum. Their absence did not in any way affect the percent result of the parliamentary elections, but influenced the percent turnout in the referendum. That's something to remember. Let us now look at how those who went to the elections behaved in the referendum. Well... 12 082 588 people participated in the referendum and 9 884 303 people boycotted the referendum without downloading the ballot. Given that the full opposition with Tuski at the head, led a sharp run calling for a boycott of a referendum, that specified slogans calling for a boycott appeared on the election banners of opposition candidates, yet considering that the members of the election commissions were breaking the law and silence agitating to the boycott by knowingly not issuing ballot cards or by asking questions of voters' will about participating in the referendum, taking all this into account, it should be considered that more than 12 million people were not blackmailed by the opposition, and only little than 10 million were subject to this anti-democratic and anti-constitutional agitation.
It is worth noting 2 crucial calculations. Since 12,082,588 people participated in the referendum and 7,640,854 people voted for the Law and Justice organization in the elections to the Sejm, with the very probable presumption that all those voting for the Law and Justice organization participated in the referendum, it follows that 4 441 734 Those who did not vote for the Law and Justice organization participated in the referendum. These 12,082,588 votes cast in the referendum are besides much more than 10,440,648 votes cast for Andrzej Duda in the last presidential election. It follows that 1 641 940 Those not voting for Duda took part in the referendum. In this context, I dare say that the referendum was a success, not a failure. Despite more than 30 years since the alleged collapse of communism, we cannot make coherent and logical legislation. The election of MPs and senators as well as the president will be crucial in Poland, even if only a fewer people participate in the election. A referendum would be considered non-binding even if 14.5 million people participated. Where's the logic in that?
From this bitter "success" referendum we learned 1 very crucial thing. If, in a fewer months' time, individual in the majesty of the “right” begins demolishing the wall on the Belarusian border, if individual in the majesty of the EU lawlessness tries to relocate in our homes culturally, aggressively, economically migrants, there is simply a large hope that those who argue it will not be 7.5 million but will be over 12 million. In these key issues for the future of our Homeland, we have counted due to the referendum. And this is the undoubted success of this referendum. It's just a shame that alternatively of defending ours Our homelands in the electoral station and the Sejm Hall have set up a defensive perimeter in the real area, at the borders of Poland, at the borders of our cities and settlements, at the borders of our homes and apartments. due to the fact that this is where our freedom goes. And there could be at least 12 million defenders of freedom on this border. This is the flame of hope that ignited at the referendum urn.
