In the ruling group there was a public, even ostentatious, reversion to communism. This is visible not only in the way of governance, but above all in individual decisions, in the selection of people. The election of the president of Poland is to be approved by 15 judges appointed in the satellite to Russia of People's Poland. An ex-wife of a Russian-trained communist military intelligence officer is called upon to translate talks between the Polish Defence Minister and the US Secretary of Defense. The manager of the TVP planet channel, giving an English message about Poland, is the erstwhile vice president of the Russian press agency Interfax, the tube of the propaganda Russian empire. Rafał Trzaskowski, a military team, is set up to advise him on matters of national security. 8 of the 12 members of this squad (most qualified) began her career in the People's Army of Poland, from 1977 to 1985, and thus besides in a disgraceful period of martial law. Public and ostentatious mention to the Warsaw Pact formula. These are just a fewer examples of the communist nature of coalition regulation on 13 December.
A group of voters supporting the current government are both people who are ideologically convinced, active in the meanders of past and present politics, but besides people who are busy, underinformed, frequently misinformed or even deceived. People who follow the legacy of Blessed Fr Jerzy Popiełuszko “win with evil with good”, but let themselves be told that good is evil and evil is good.
The most interesting, however, is the layer I called the opinion-making group. Even if it's not the most interesting, it's definitely important, possibly even the most important. This group positions itself between government and voters. It is not so much an advisory group for rulers as a transmission belt towards voters. 1 of the representatives of this group, a group unfortunately numerous, seems to be Magdalena Rybicka, economist from the University of Business and Finance of Vistula. During an interview on the tv station Polsat News, editor Grzegorz Jankowski asked an interesting question: “How to Make People Make Good Money‘?’ Even more interesting than the question itself was the answer that Magdalena Rybicka gave: “Amend legislation, don't give distant and teach – the first thing is 800 plus". erstwhile asked by a amazed writer why Mrs. Rybicka wants to deprive Polish household of financial support in raising children, Magdalena Rybicka explained that parents spend money for their children: “For its own usage ... very frequently stimulants”.
As I listened to this statement, thousands, hundreds of thousands of Polish families, frequently many children, were before my eyes, and they were hard to end with the end of the household budget. Families who work hard and make all effort to rise and educate their children, another generation of Poles who will shortly gotta bear the burden of work for our Homeland. Families who receive 800 plus reconstruct dignity and distance from poverty. I'm not hiding that I'm upset. But I immediately thought that Mrs Rybicki's message was paradoxically valuable material for deeper analysis and deeper reflection. To begin with, let us consider the word “food” spoken with full awareness. So what are drugs? Drugs are nothing but ‘Substances that have no nutritional properties. They stimulate the human body by acting on the central tense system. Drugs are substances specified as cigarettes, drugs, alcohol and boosters”. The issue is so serious and it is worth considering any aspects of it.
First, statistics
How did Mrs. Rybicka get that knowledge? Inquired by the interviewer, she referred to the unspecified “GUS statistics”. As far as 1 can imagine investigation into the preferences of a society of the type, where people like to spend their vacation, in the mountains or by the sea, it is hard to imagine a reliable survey in which people would honestly answer the question whether they are utilizing drugs or not. As far as crime is concerned, police statistic are considered reliable, not polls where respondents would answer questions: did you bargain something? Did you beat someone? And the second issue is how to qualify a case when, after entering a wage and benefits account of 800 plus, individual will retreat cash from the ATM to buy drugs. Which money is it, wage or 800 plus? And if the witness is eliminated, will specified a individual not buy drugs?
Secondly, responsibility
Abraham said to the Lord: «Are you going to destruct the righteous with the ungodly? Is there 50 righteous in this city, or will you destruct this city and not forgive it for the sake of the 50 righteous who dwell therein?O, do not let the righteous perish with the wicked, so that the righteous do the same to the wicked.» Mrs. Rybicka may be unbelievers and request not know the Book of the Genesis of the Old Testament. But erstwhile speaking publicly, she should know the law in force in Poland, which does not let collective responsibility. She should be aware that collective punishment is simply a manifestation of authoritarian tendencies. After the information that the drunk driver caused the accident, Mrs. Rybicka will postulate to take the driver's licence from all drivers? This is not so much an expression of authoritarian tendencies as pure communism.
Third, the function of the State
In Poland, not only trafficking and drug trafficking are punishable. It's a crime to own them. This is governed by the Anti-Drug Act of 29 July 2005, which states in Article 62(1): "Who, contrary to the provisions of the Act, has narcotics or psychotropic substances shall be sentenced to imprisonment up to 3 years.”. The function of the state is to defend citizens from crime and not, as Mrs Rybick suggests, to deprive citizens of funds that could be spent on buying banned drugs. If individual is utilizing drugs, it's not a kid benefit of 800 plus, they'll buy drugs anyway. Should any of their earnings be requisitioned? In Mrs Rybicki's view, is there a financial barrier where the hunger for bread will prevail over drug hunger? Unfortunately, drug hunger will always be stronger.
Busy, busy people have the right to be uninformed, even to be wrong. But it is this one, as I called it, that the opinion-making group, between government and voters, should inform people. Inform or teach, as Mrs. Rybick herself rightly said. But the opinion-making group cannot be separated from reality. And in Poland, these people, who can be included in this group, are frequently completely separated from reality. Or they're just a propaganda tube of the government. A tube or, as the propaganda experts say, a resonant box. any people talk of specified people even more clearly: useful idiots.
