The debt from SAFE is simply a litmus paper of Polish politics. It shows all acids and shows the principles which we should follow in order to guarantee the safety of Poland. It is besides a litmus paper showing to whom the future of Poland is simply indifferent.

The issue is multidimensional, but in this text I will focus on 1 issue. Who, in a business sense, should be the beneficiary of this scheme. specified a question was asked by the Minister of National Defence and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Polish Government. Władysław Kosiniak – Kamysz explained that the borrowed funds would benefit: "Polish companies or companies having production in Poland, due to the fact that all company that counts today, armed, has its representative, even a registered company but not everyone has production in Poland. It takes an equivalent to looking for threats in that we will spend this money for Polish workers. due to the fact that if production is in Poland, no substance what 100% of the owner of this investment, then the money will be paid to Polish employees.”.

This answer from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Polish Government raises the question of who the means of production should belong to. And this is not about dividing into private property, which is characteristic of capitalism, or state property, which is characteristic of socialism. The question is whether the means of production should belong to the native Polish capital or may belong to abroad capital. erstwhile the means of production belong to abroad capital, we are inactive dealing with a form of capitalism, private property is preserved, but this can lead to economical neocolonialism. economical neocolonialism differs from slavery only by the fact that man seemingly remains free. Apparently, as he remains a free man, he can change his job, but the choice of the place of work is limited due to economical conditions.

economical neocolonialism becomes a political tool when:

  • foreign capital controls strategical sectors specified as energy, arms industry, media or critical infrastructure
  • the country is heavy in debt to another country
  • profits are mass-flowing abroad
    • economic dependency limits the freedom of political decisions

Economic neocolonialism is simply a simple way to lose sovereignty.

It is essential to call companies with production in Poland Polish companies in a very crucial way. It is the same mechanics of impact on the consciousness of the recipient as in the case of defining Polish concentration camps. I'm not going to do the equivalent, I'm going to ask you 1 simple question. Is the company with 100% German capital, having a mill in Poland and employing employees from Ukraine in this factory, a Polish company? Can specified a company be the beneficiary of a debt on behalf of Poles?

On October 2, 1940, Adolf Hitler said: “Poles are born workers; they are unfit to drive”. Does Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, share this opinion?
