The launch of a military operation in Iran, although this could be expected, has been a surprise for many. It was surely a surprise to see the scale of the increasing conflict and the dynamics of events. Under Iranian fire were the Gulf countries: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the United arabian Emirates. Air traffic has been halted in the airspace of this region. Thousands of travelers, both tourists and those on business trips, are stuck in these countries. I don't think there is simply a country in Europe whose citizens wouldn't be in this dangerous trap.
National governments began to look for all possible way to evacuate their citizens from the threatened region. In particular, Slovakia and the Czech Republic have taken concrete action. These countries announced the evacuation of their citizens by aircraft from Jordan and Oman airports. What about the Polish government? Donald Tusk's government chose a different tactic. abroad Ministry spokesperson Maciej Swiwiór, with a grin on his face, reported that “The minute the war endsWhen they halt flying missiles, drones, erstwhile it's safe, our citizens will return to Poland.“ The Ombudsman did not inform whether the coffins would be paid by the State or whether everyone would gotta cover the costs of the coffin on their own.
