Marcin Bogdan: Appeal to Zbigniew Ziobro

I am full aware of your wellness problems. I know that caring about your wellness must be a precedence in this situation. But I am besides aware of the dramatic situation of Poland, our Homeland. Therefore, I appeal to you with a warm appeal to take over the position of Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Refugees. You are the highest-ranking Polish politician presently in exile. It is your work to take up this task.

I compose these words as the nephew of Antoni Białowas, who in 1940 as a 19-year-old boy tried to get into Hungary to join the refugee-forming Polish army. My uncle was arrested, tried and sentenced to death, legally, as the Germans understood. He was, along with another Polish patriots, shot in a night execution in a forest close Sanoka. After 85 years, usurpers, who by force mastered Polish television, recounting the celebrations of the anniversary of this crime, had the nerve to call in disgrace the effort to enter Hungary, escaping from Poland. Only after the strong protests of families murdered by the Germans by Polish heroes, was the comment changed in the archival material admitting that our loved ones tried to cross the border with Hungary in order to proceed the fight against Germany in the forming Polish military units in western Europe.

Poland, after regaining its sovereignty in the future, must have a mention point to which it will be able to mention by restoring constitutional legal order. The establishment of a government in refugees is so a historical ending.

I hope, I firmly believe that as Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Refugee, you will establish diplomatic contacts with the prime ministers of these countries in Europe and in the world, who respect democracy and the legal order and that these countries will recognise you as the legitimate prime minister of Poland.
