There is no basis for the claims of lawyer General Adam Bodnar about alleged irregularities in the designation of electoral protests - says 1st president of the ultimate Court Margaret Manowska in a letter to the talker of the Sejm Simon Holownia.
Letter Margaret of Manova au Simona Holowna is simply a answer to the lawyer General's letter Adam Bodnar of 17 July which indicated 12 alleged irregularities in the process of examining electoral protests and determining the validity of the President's election. In the opinion of the First president of the SN, the Minister of Justice included false information in a letter to the talker of the Sejm.

Manowska noted that the letter from Bodnar contained "false and illegal information". In his letter, the lawyer General pointed out that the Holovnia as talker of the Sejm should be aware of reservations about the activities of the Extraordinary Control Chamber. According to Bodnar, it does not meet the criteria of the court, with which Manowska disagreed.

She added that "the procedure to find the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland concerns only the authorities of the State and does not regulation on individual private rights, which is not subject to evaluation in the light of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which refers exclusively to civilian and criminal matters and not to political matters under electoral law; this is stated by many ECHR rulings."

Manowska stated that in a letter to the talker of the Sejm, Bodnar did not indicate any case initiated by an electoral protest in which the SN would not issue a resolution. "All PG requests to exclude judges in cases initiated by electoral protests have been examined and the decision was left undisclosed" - wrote I president of SN.

Another of the themes raised by Manowska was that Bodnar in his letter to Hołownia indicated that any statements by representatives of the SN and the Extraordinary Control Chamber put into question the "real motivation of SN to face up to the task resulting from the Polish Constitution".
