According to a communication issued by the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska reported a suspicion of crime in the publication of the resolution of this body. It is about stating the importance of Karol Nawrocki's election as president.
Manowska was asked about the resolution of the SN on the validity of presidential elections published in the authoritative diary in an interview with “Rzeczpospolita”. It points out that ‘the judgments of the European Courts do not let the ruling to be regarded as a court established by law’.
She further added that, as I president of the SN, she sent a announcement to the D.A. of the anticipation of committing a crime in this case. She argued that "nothing can be added to the ultimate Court resolution".
