We have a problem with the presumption of innocence

By judgement of the court, the word “fascist” is acceptable to individual who speaks like a fascist, acts like a fascist and uses fascist symbols. So, are the terms “frauder”, “thiefer”, “malverter” or “dear killer” besides clear for those who have committed the alleged acts in front of witnesses?
