Major Maciej "Slab" Krakowian was killed in the F-16 crash during trials for the Air Show in Radom. The information was provided first by organisations promoting air events in Poland, now confirmed by the Territorial Defence Army. Major Krakowian served regular in the 31st Tactical Aviation Base in Poznań-Krzesin.
