A scandal around KPO. The European Commission has already responded


As we wrote on Temat.pl, on Friday the prosecution issued a communication on KPO. "On 8 August 2025, the Regional Public Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, of its own motion, has undertaken investigations in connection with media reports concerning irregularities in the grant granting from the National Reconstruction Plan" - was given.

He added that "if he shows that experts have decided to grant funds, and the proposals were not justified, he will be verified". “I will take care of it myself,” announced the head of government.

The European Commission spokesperson Maciej Berestecki in his interview with RMF FM stressed that Poland has a work to explain doubts about controversial projects for micro-firms.
