Attorney General Adam Bodnar submitted to the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Szymon Hołownia a request for the Sejm of the Republic of Poland's consent to the appointment of associate Antoni Macierewicz to criminal work - we read in the prosecutor's statement.
As explained, the motion to waive immunity was addressed to the Sejm in connection with irregularities in the operation of the subcommittee to re-examine the Smolensk disaster which was led by Antoni Macerewicz.

The Communication states that The offences committed by the subcommittee were to include: the disclosure to unauthorised persons of classified information, incorrect processing, manufacture and retention of classified information material, the breach of powers and the failure of public officers to fulfil their duties and the forgery of documents.
Macerewicz loses immunity? Bodnar: I made a motion to the Sejm today
The prosecution indicates that Seven investigations are presently under way.. It was pointed out that in 1 of them there was adequate evidence "to accept a sufficiently legitimate suspicion that Antoni Macierewicz had committed the crime".
Adam Bodnar, lawyer General, besides spoke about the request to the Sejm on social media. "I have present sent a motion to the Sejm to waive the immunity of associate Antoni Macerewicz" - Bodnar wrote.

In the entry, he noted that Macerewicz was to disclose classified information about Classified: Secret, Confidential and restricted.
And besides - added the head of the Justice Ministry - information with which the policy of the Law and Justice "has come to know in connection with its full function, by making public papers containing the results of the investigation of circumstances and causes occurring on 10 April 2010, the plane crash that constituted protected information".
