Maciej Berek officially elected by the Sejm. The TK goes straight from the Tusk government

Maciej Berek was elected by the Sejm as justice of the Constitutional Court. His candidacy, however, aroused political emotions from the beginning – primarily due to his erstwhile activities in government administration and allegations of gathering formal requirements.
