Kremlowski political scientist Fyodor Łukjanov in a fresh interview with the TASS agency expressed the belief that there is no chance of a truce between Russia and Ukraine in the close future. Instead, Łukjanov suggested that territories acquired during the current Russian aggression should be annexed by Russia. His statements were examined by the American Institute for War Studies.
