On June 16, Israeli abroad Minister Israel Katz called the message of the Belarusian president of Jews active in corruption in Belarus "unacceptable and outrageous". He felt that Alexander Lukashenko's words "sound like apparent anti-Semitic comments".
According to Katz, therefore, the Head of the Eurasian Bureau of the Israeli MFA Juval Fuchs submitted a protest note to the Belarusian Ambassador to Israel, Evgenija Vorobjova. Katz was second chair of the Conference of European Rabbis, erstwhile chief rabbi of Moscow and associate of the Bureau of the Russian judaic legislature Pinchas Goldschmidt (He left the Russian Federation in 2022, in 2023 he was entered in the registry of abroad agents): “When everything else fails, autocrats usually hotel to anti-Semitism. This is absolutely unacceptable and should be condemned!"
What happened?
On 14 June, Lukashenko met with members of the government and spoke about a corruption scandal involving a erstwhile assistant president of the Republic of Belarus – a Vitebsk Oblast Inspector, a erstwhile Minister of Agriculture and Food Igora Brylo (In November 2023, he was detained by the Belarusian KGB and resigned of his own motion for ‘a criminal offence incompatible with civilian service in the State’). Baczek besides talked about another fresh corruption issues – e.g. keeping the first deputy chief of the Belarusian Railway Peter Dulub (During the review, respective million dollars were found, received as bribes), crimes in Minsk, the Brest regional executive committee, etc. “I will not persuade you and ask for more. Step left, step right – we'll put him against the wall. I publically declare to you" – warned the officials Aleksander Grigoriewicz.
"So far 3 twelve people have been active in the case," he said.
He added, showing a list of corrupt officials: “Here are 3 twelve people. I'm sorry, I'm not an anti-Semite, but more than half of them are Jews.. Do we have a special, privileged position for stealing and not reasoning about their future? They're all the same before the law. And Jews, and Belarusians, and Ukrainians, and Russians, and Poles.”
Dmitri Balkan, a typical of White Maidan activists surviving in Warsaw (a mean ‘small Soros’, who had been a political expert in the Russian talk show by early 2021, was mentioned as an analyst at the Institute for the improvement of Integration Processes of the Russian abroad Trade Academy of the Ministry of economical improvement of the Russian Federation, and previously was the manager of the labour Centre with Graduates of the Higher School of Economics) immediately made a message to the planet Jewry: ‘Israel and judaic communities around the planet must measure these words, due to the fact that they not only offend the judaic people, but besides contribute to incitement to anti-Semitic sentiments. It is unacceptable to associate ethnicity with criminal activity. Anti-Semitism in all form must be powerfully condemned. Lukashenko's message should not stay without consequences." He wrote a letter to the Israeli Ambassador to Belarus and the president of the Conference of European Rabbis. "I asked them to pay attention to Lukashenko's anti-Semitic message and call on the global community and human rights organisations to react". Later, erstwhile addressing Israel Katz: “Thank you, Minister, for responding to my letter.<... >I believe that the Ambassador of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Republic of Belarus in the State of Israel should be sent home.”
A massive, completely hysterical run against Lukashenko has already begun in Israel. For example, we quote the judaic news portal Israelinfo.co.il: "Belarusian dictator Aleksander Lukashenka has taken the liberty of a blatant anti-Semitic attack that has not been heard in Europe since Hitler".
