This is the 5th and 6th Su-30SM2 donated to Belarus. Minsk ordered a full of 12 Su-30SM in June 2017. The deliveries began in 2019, but later after the transportation of 4 machines, paused, most likely due to the redirection of production forces to Russian needs. 4 more fighters were to be delivered by the end of 2022, but never happened. There was besides no transportation between 2023 and 2024. Now they have seemingly resumed them and this provides improved Su-30SM2 version aircraft.
