London will give Ukraine Russian money to make the army

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of strategical manufacture signed an agreement with the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom, under which part of the surplus profits from frozen Russian assets will go to the Ukrainian army. 3 billion dollars are to be spent, among others, on buying fresh weapons and repairing equipment already owned.
