Lithuania withdraws from the Ottawa Convention

The dramatic change in safety architecture in Europe in fresh years has led to the finalisation of the thought that has been discussed for respective months. This time it is about the approval of the Lithuanian Parliament to retreat Lithuania from the Convention on the prohibition of the use, storage, production and transfer of anti-personnel mines and their destruction. The decision inactive requires the signature of president Gitanas Nauseda.
