Lithuania: over 5% of GDP for the fresh division? 01.01

The Lithuanian authorities already in [the first half of 2023, i.e. before the Ukrainian offensive in Zaporozh and the improvement of Russian capabilities to the current level](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/litwa-form-division-mechanized), decided to form a mechanized division as a tactical union. The fresh formation is to consist of 3 existing brigades, including 1 mechanized and 1 reserve, and to number 17.5 1000 soldiers, including an active reserve.
