"Lithuania has begun considering withdrawing from the Ottawa Convention to strengthen national defence and deterrence. The Ministry of Defence will now consult key allies to work out details and guarantee a uniform approach to regional security," wrote the Lithuanian Ministry of Defence on the X portal.
