The head of the Lithuanian MFA Kestutis Budrys said on Monday that after the attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy, in which civilians died, the European Union must accept the 17th package of sanctions against Russia. In his opinion, the package should cover liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the Russian state atomic company Rosatom.
