Lithuanian commander assures: Americans are on their way

The commander of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, Raimundas Vaikšnoras, confirmed on the Lithuanian TV3 last Wednesday (26 August) that the rotation of American soldiers within the country is proceeding as planned – despite insignificant delays. US soldiers who have left their bases in Lithuania will be replaced by fresh ones.
