Think again
I was disappointed to read the text by Mr B. Kasprzak “Be Careful in Criticism” in the 52nd issue of ANGORA. I respect the right of others to give opinions, but what is contained in this text is not appropriate homo sapiensOh, my God! And besides these verbal trips to respected writer H. Martenka only due to the fact that in his article “We Will Go on a Hunt” he touched on subjects uncomfortable for the hunting lobby. Indeed – the communicative of hunting dates back to the distant past. However, the author does not announcement that with the passage of time the planet around us and its perception changed. The hunts made sense at a time erstwhile a man fought for survival, killed not for pleasure, as now, but not to starve!
Today, the glorification of hunting by referring to tradition and how it was "a tree" is pure anachronism. As civilization progressed, man proved that the animal, like all surviving being, feels fear, pain, suffering. It's a shame those facts don't all talk to everyone. The animals are inactive dulled due to the fact that a man in his presumptuous head felt that he had the right to do so. Is the life of a helpless animal truly worth the thrill of pushing the trigger and then watching him die? Death to sport? I go to the woods all day, little frequently in the fields. I haven't seen a rabbit in a long time, let alone pheasants, partridges or quails, and where they were a fewer years ago...
I don't know where they're fed if they're just gone! I haven't seen a single stick, but I've been shocked by the government of a fewer low amphibious ambons set on the edge of the forest, 100 meters distant from the other! In my view, a group of “thinkers” rushed to pack their trophies and fled in a panic. Interesting, isn't it? Hunting is not only interesting rituals, bigos from a cauldron or sausage from a stick, that I will not mention another intriguable for the hunter's benefit. There is another dark side about which the author does not compose about – it is not observing protective periods or simple poaching. I know what I'm writing about due to the fact that I utilized to be close to this environment. I don't generalize, but I happen to find people like that. As surely and unpunished as the hunting lobby feels, it is adequate to mention the celebrated hunt of the erstwhile Minister of Environment for breeding pheasants, released especially for him to get the guy shot. It was a slaughter and someway no 1 objected, although there were many witnesses of barbarism, and it was from the huntsman circle. It's scary to think what happens quietly erstwhile nobody sees.
It is actual that erstwhile the hunt was only for the elite, usually for educated people, and besides for the chaotic game was incomparably larger. Nature was able to regenerate. And today, everyone can become "thinking" and those 130 1000 (and not only) which the author writes about, inevitably leads to environmental degradation, which is evident especially in the last 10 years. As for the participation of children in hunting: always specified an act leaves a mark in their psyche for life, which adults do not realize. A friend of mine, a grown man today, erstwhile he was six, he accidentally saw an animal die at the hand of a man.
He hasn't eaten meat since, and that's the only good thing about it. present man fundamentally solves his food problems, we have “food factories”. So why take the life of chaotic animals whose meat is edible? They are part of nature and have the right to live! The sad fact is that there are inactive people without empathy (I have in head not only our country), who are willing to kill to satisfy their desire to win a trophy or gain prestige in the eyes of akin ones. By his actions, many species of animals have perished, disrupted the relations between ecosystems, thus leading to same - destruction. But what the hell – more crucial tradition... I believe that the author of the letter is highly efficient for his age, that he can meet the challenge and defeat the younger of himself. Nevertheless, it would be good of him to consider the life limit of hunting exhausted. It would be a beautiful act: giving up your desires in exchange for the life of an animal. I'll never realize how a man can enjoy killing... Just as much adrenaline gives you mountain climbing. Z. advanced

The incomplete veracity of this Old Roman conviction is evidenced by the 52nd issue of “Angora” and presented by 1 of the members of PZL, the evaluation of the article by Mr. With views specified as Mr. Editor on this matter, I would like to support him, showing that there are no grounds for recognizing the individual arguments put forward by the author of the letter.
So let's cut to the chase. The author writes that his decision to join hunters was based on household tradition. But not all tradition is commendable and continued. My father was besides a hunter, which did not contribute to my acceptance of this activity. It was adequate to look into the inactive eyes of the deer and the hare, gentle and absolutely harmless animals, killed... Yeah! Why? Starved? Well, I guess not! For the defense? Neither!
It seems that the only reason for the hunt mentioned by the Author is to spend a pleasant time. That's just killing for pleasure! I can't realize that motivation! And it is said that thousands of people share the author’s opinion. He himself writes that there are about 130 1000 hunters in the country. This is 0.35% of the Polish population. Is it truly that much? The next issue: the ignorance of the structure of the Polish Academy of Sciences is the reason for its mediocre assessment. Neither Mr.Henry nor I know the structure of the Sicilian mafia, but does this make its activities worthy of me?! The fact that kings, presidents, aristocrats were hunting doesn't convince me either. Of course, as they've always been good and bad, but any have participated, for example, in the burning of witches, and is that a good example for us? The inclusion of the clergy in this group is an evident “goal into your own goal.” I don't think the author thought this through! After all, the basis of their activity is the Decalogue, in which it is clearly stated: DO NOT KILL. Apparently, it didn't substance to them.
I guess most of the members of the Polish Academy of Sciences are practicing Catholics, right? So what are we expected to think about them? That they're not involved? Next issue: the average age of the members of PZL is 54 years, and yet it is the only group with access to weapons that has no work to conduct periodic fitness and intellectual tests. And this is simply a serious threat. The fact that the author can walk in the woods for a long time does not convince me, due to the fact that it is not known how he sees, hears or if his hands shake! Hence, the author’s euphemistically named “a fewer accidents” in which individual dies due to the fact that individual else mistook him for the wild! That's absurd! Was it like his face or something? This is simply due to the fact that the shooter is incapable to measure the situation, that's all.
This is what the media informs us about, due to the fact that I don't think it's gonna happen. Periodic investigating of participants' abilities is simply a necessity! I think at least half of its current members would lose their license. And I hear there are no sacred cows. Thus, in order not to become impatient with the further remarks of the Noble Readers, I will conclude by saying that the views expressed by the Author and his followers show that, as the Roman proverb says, times are changing, but any of us may be besides slow to follow their changes. I did not read the number 45. “Angora” in which the article ed. Henryk Martenka, entitled “We will go fishing”, and I did not compose to “Angora” a long time ago. But what you, Mr. Bogdanie, put in your letter to the editorial office in No. 52 is simply a "plus" six. You are the 1 who should be in close proximity to the managers of Polish forests and to what affects nature in general. Editor Martenko is celebrated for his cognition of practically everything, while in hunting and hunting he is besides great, due to the fact that like a wolf on stars. And I think to myself, the word "ashamed" you mention to ed. Martenki is there due to the fact that to compose about something, and for newspapers and magazines, you gotta prepare well.
The editor entered wide water, and for deficiency of swimming skills he simply drowned. I have in my household foresters, I have known many foresters, farm workers, I have friends of hunters of various professions, including military, teachers, and I know, not only from books, but mostly from observing and being in this environment, that hunting and hunting is simply a peculiar passion, and from the beginning of human settlement. These people are the large experts of ecology first and foremost, and the primary nonsubjective of hunters and hunters is to guarantee the well-being of forest dwellers, parks, natural environments, the full population of plant and animal species. The author of this article, Mr. Martenko, has most likely never been hunting or political hunting, and has no thought that it is thanks to PZL that he manages to keep a appropriate population of animals in a peculiar area (...). It happens, as in any community, that among hunters there will be scum, but these are immediately shot off, unlike politicians who are fundamentally allowed. Finally, it can be said that politicians should learn from hunting and hunting order and respect for wildlife, and I urge more humility, not criticism, to those who compose about it, due to the fact that we harm ourselves. To save the election
She has heated up among politicians and lawyers the discussion on the necessity and way to save May presidential elections. The Democratic camp considers the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court (IKNiSPSN) as a origin of danger, which, under Article 129 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, may, for any reason, annul the election of the President. IKNiSPSN is not a court, and its symbol is not Temida with a blindfold that symbolizes a fair judgment, due to the fact that not for that intent it was appointed to life by a triad of legal ignorants: Zbigniew Z., Jarosław K., Andrzej D. IKNiSPSN virtually does not see the letter of law, e.g. in the expiration of parliamentary mandates (after a final judgement of the court) Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik and does not see the lawlessness of the PiS in spending budget money on an election run before 15 October 2023. I attribute this IKNiSPSN, alongside the National Judicial Council and the Constitutional Court (TK), a symbol of 3 nipponese monkeys covering their ears, mouths and eyes (I can't hear, I can't tell, I can't see) as in Western culture: “... is sometimes interpreted as a silent consent to evil by turning their eyes distant from it; it besides symbolizes the collusion of silence in criminal organizations.”
The distribution of the regulation of law in Poland allows to presume that if the second circular of presidential elections is faced by candidates KO and PiS, and the difference of the votes won will be tiny in favour of Rafał Trzaskowski, then, by cancelling the elections, the interim president of Poland (according to Article 131 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland) will be the talker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia. In my opinion, he may already be sewing a suit. However, there are respective crucial "details" that can act as a stick in spokes in the process of electing the President. First, it was created by the above-mentioned triad, which I counted as a “little group” of the TK, which had the irrational “judgments” of the borderline of absurdity that had observers grasping their heads.
The explanation of Article 131 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland may arise from the absurd genre, erstwhile "...in the event of the designation of the temporary inability to exercise the office of the Constitutional Tribunal entrusts the Marshal of the Sejm with the temporary performance of the duties of the president of the Republic of Poland". It is nothing that the above applies to the president already in office, but not to specified numbers the triad allowed (ordered) institutions from the "little group". The second "Detail" concerns the current president, whose mastery in breaking the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the conviction of the infallibility of the law being passed together with the Law and the stubbornness of the proposed by the majority of parliamentary changes in the kind of "no, due to the fact that no" make only the advanced win of the candidate KO or the way by the interim president will lead to the election of the fresh president of the Republic of Poland in 2025.
Any another solution omitting the ultimate Court (the intent of Andrzej D.'s provocation) and "receiving a pledge from a selected candidate on the basis of a post-election PKW report" (eventual variant according to Minister Adam Bodnar) will lead to the construction of trenches and barricades by opposition and leave a distaste in society. So it is time to prepare for signature by the interim president of the Republic of Poland the draft laws cleaning the unchangeable of Augiah and making the Temids a worthy symbol of institutions, proving the vitality of the state body. Nothing like messing with people's heads before the end of last year and putting them in a state... What? Dementia? How about indifference to everything that's going on around here? It is mud, destroyed houses, bridges, broken furniture and cars – it is simply a state of law at all levels. Can houses, bridges, roads, hospitals, schools be rebuilt quickly? Oh, no. It's just impossible.
I besides see that many things are going besides slow to fix this mess. possibly others would do it faster, but better? I don't know. But I know the Prime Minister has 1 enemy and (unfortunately) 1 diversion. The enemy was and will stay until the end of the president (although the punishment will not pass him!), and the diversion is Simon Holovnia with his exuberant ego. He (or individual from the writers hinted to him) thought that regardless of the result of the election could be, though a little, the president. He knows the election won't win, he's up to it. How? He reports and discusses with legal ferns A. Dudy stupid to pain own legislative initiative with the thought of who is to decide in the SN on electoral aspects involving, and of course, alleged neojudges.
And it was with it that he jumped out like a Phillip of hemp Sylvester Marciniak 30.12 last year on TVN24, justifying an emergency gathering of PKW. There is only 1 way out of this written legal mess – there is no other. The full mobilisation of young voters and women so that R. Trzaskowski will win in the first circular with a considerable advantage – for 1 reason. They will choose for themselves, not for us old men. If they don't realize it, and they don't realize how crucial this final phase of disposing of populists is, they'll fight and die like flies with guns. But will they really know who to shoot? How about Turkish?
As a reserve officer, the SG has always been curious in what it's like in another armies with military conscription. The most rational seems to me the Turkish solution. The conscription takes place at the age of 20 for 1 year of service – adequate to make a soldier's civilian. There's no alleged wave, or bullying of a young vintage. Women only service at their own request. Students – only 6 months. Those who do not want to carry out military service do not go to prison at the taxpayer's expense, but must pay, if I realize correctly, the six-month maintenance of those who service in the army. This sum can be paid in instalments.
This approach to the defence of the country, in my opinion, is rational, due to the fact that I would not number on alleged pacifists at the time of the threat of my homeland. A year of training will guarantee that we have a majority of society trained in the usage of weapons. With the fresh year, let us respect the majority's decision. I am not a supporter of the current president, but he was elected by the majority and we should respect that. After the election of the fresh president, losers should congratulate the winner and aid him not only in the country but besides internationally. End with division into better and worse Poles.
