In all law-abiding state, specified people are tried, convicted and punished for their criminal acts. Unfortunately, in Poland, KOLESIE made certain that first the President, the doctor of law, acquitted the innocent Mr Kamiński and Wąsik and 2 of their subordinates.
Why innocent? For they were not judged validly by the second instance (in accordance with the law) and could not be declared guilty or innocent. The lords were besides accused by the household of Andrzej Lepper, who had the right to request judgement at second instance and to request even greater punishment, but at the same time could not exercise her rights, for the accused had parliamentary immunity (...). We don't want criminals in the Sejm!
I think we are all appalled by the behaviour of respective Members – criminals convicted legally in court who apply for erstwhile apanases and fines. specified people are simply without honor and deserve to be condemned. It is very hard to function in a country where almost everything is relative, due to the fact that it depends on interpretation. The deficiency of authority in almost all areas. The language of political and social relations utilized by the media and journalists themselves is increasingly imprecise, frequently crude (e.g. in sport) and even vulgar. How long can 1 pay attention to the political class that partying is not apolitical?
Foreign Minister says he'll be building an apolitical ministry. This is paranoid. All state institutions are political due to the fact that they implement a certain policy of our state. But this mistake is besides made by professors of various fields.
I'm mostly amazed by political scientists and lawyers. How is it different to cohabitation? In my opinion, the words co-habitation (from French) usage more pompous reasoning of themselves as better representatives of science. Politologists, on whom fashion is presently in the media, measure political relations according to their imagination, frequently divining from fuzes and popularizing their individual or university or technological institute. What does the average reader, the listener or the viewer understand?
People do not want to perceive to these talking heads on tv and say that the word media comes from “saping eyes”. According to any newspapers, it is pure propaganda, and the radio goes on to “macaroni for ears”. I have the impression that there are 2 main political centres: the president and the Sejm with the government. There's lawyers inside. any mention to the doctrine of the law, while others talk about the delicacy of good faith. Where's the place for independent side media? any politicians refuse to leave the trough, and others effort to take the trough distant due to the fact that they have a majority in parliament.
The planet laughs at us, and we Poles have a problem with ethics. Many Poles base their morality on Catholic values, and the Church – in our country – completely does not realize Pope Francis and the spirit of time. It does not aid the declaration in the preamble to the Constitution. It's in practice you should be ethical and have honor. any moments of reflection and any moments of prayer could aid in a appropriate knowing of political and social relations. "The True" Defenders of Democracy
Finally! They yet came out! After 8 years of laying low, they no longer claimed to call KO, 3rd Way and Left Democratic opposition. They had to show their actual democratic face, so far well hidden under the mask of authoritarianism and non-liberal democracy. Who are you talking about? Of course, the United Right camp. The same who won the election, but had to quit power. The self-giving of power to a "social misunderstanding", as president Kaczyński put it, may inactive swallow. But giving up political power is at the same time involving giving up power over alleged national media. They did not take it anymore, due to the fact that on TVPiS – which was rightly compared to the department of organization propaganda – their full power was based.
It was from there that the message came to voters in the form of propaganda of the success of the ruling party. It was there that the program of depriving all those who did not support the actions of the rulers was implemented. It was there that they were insolently lying, manipulating facts, throwing mud, lizing, and defaming another people. It was there that people were made water from the brain, glad that there are inactive many specified citizens who accept it with specified faith. Without organization nationwide propaganda, the Pisa story of power collapsed. The PiS cut off from this tool will plunge into a political non-being, like any lie-based formation.
That's why they dropped all their forces to defend their department. They moved to defend TVPiS, putting on banners, and indeed!, the slogans of defending democracy and freedom of speech. They! Shameless hypocrites plunged for 8 years in arrogance, shoe and hypocrisy. They were destroying the constitution, and now they're calling themselves defenders! They destroyed the 3 divisions of power as the basis of all democracy, and now they are dressed in the robes of its defenders! They tried to destruct free media, and now they name themselves free speech defenders! As I see the “defender of democracy” of fellow associate Suski and the “biggest Democrat” of president Kaczyński, I am surrounded by empty laughter. The words of the latter, that there must be strong anti-government media, in the light of what he and his supporters have been doing with these media throughout the years of their rule, give me the desire to shove those words back into his throat.
I do not know whether Minister Sienkiewicz acted in accordance with the law or not, initiating changes in national media. Disputes on this subject will likely proceed for many years. 1 thing is clear: it was the will of the voters to whom the present "real" defenders of democracy so willingly referred. It must be said that they treated democratic rules with an exceptional estim. Their action at the office of national media and Suski, and Kaczyński, and Witek proved that they have immense pockets of democracy. It's just a shame this epic discovery didn't happen until they lost their power.
