As a nation, we have many vices that we should undoubtedly be ashamed of, but about the advantages of character... All you gotta do is step on a print and we're positively erratic. Historically, it is the national uprisings and the emergence of the multimillion-dollar “Solidarity” of the wrath of the 1980s. At present – it is stopping neo-bolshevism in the construction of neo-PRL and stopping authoritarianism destroying the Constitution of Poland. I will say without exaggeration that in the 2023 election, 11 599 090 voters carried out a triumph in the 1920 conflict of Warsaw. This mass of votes according to the Italian Institute for global Studies: "Populists have been defeated"; according to the weekly "Internazionale": "Democracy has been saved in the last chance and a good name has been restored to Poland internationally"; according to the Italian "Limes": "The image of Poland chained to the past has weakened"; according to "La Repubblica": "A xenophobic fig, nationalist populists were shown to inhibit the improvement of the country".
The Italian tv station LA7 blew the tragedy, due to the fact that “when Poland voted, Europe was shaking that PiS would win – with the option of governments, and then there would be no written shadow in the march towards the Union.” The above quotes were taken from the article Agnieszka Nowak-Samengo ("Peace with a View", ANGORA – PERYSKOP No 44), which, while looking at the planet press, noted the European opinion's fear of election results. Appreciating the triumph of D. Tusk, the author hopes that she will usage the experience of her earlier area in Brussels with a view to bring “the view of peace between her homeland and the European Union”. Certainly, Polonia expects this after giving more than 4 times more votes to the Democratic coalition parties than to the ruling coalition. I looked out for curiosity, but I did not find anywhere, abroad congratulations for winning in the election of the Polish right-wing formation.

Or possibly Matteo Salvini, for whom “there are historically and culturally Russian areas (Ukraine) that rightly belong to the Russian Federation”, or Victor Orbán, who will betray even his nephew to keep power and make a pact with the devil? But the Hungarian parliamentary opposition congratulated the Democratic coalition parties in Poland... We may not yet realize that the voices of young people and women have been prevented by a major historical tragedy, i.e. the march of neo-bolsheviks on the European Union. Their evidence (74%) turnout in elections, which they did not foretell in the polls, stopped them.
Pezetpeer brainwashing, called propaganda, will be stopped. The information war with the society robbed Poles of dignity, but until then. I wouldn't be myself if I didn't put a small pinch in my letter. For the “winners” in the October elections, who will shortly receive peace with a view... through the bars, I urge that you analyse informative films with Mark Kondrat: “Money is not everything”, “The Day of the Freak”, “C.K. “As usual, money”
The money's important, but...
I wanted to share a fewer reflections after reading Peter’s letter “How It usually Is Money” (ANGORA nr 44). Mr Peter argues that the deficiency of interest in in vitro, abortion and having children among Poles/ Poles are mainly caused by the economical situation, which is money, or alternatively deficiency of them. Basically, I agree with this view, due to the fact that "as you don't know what's going on, it's about money."
In vitro, money is the most crucial barrier. Praise any local governments for backing these projects, but, unfortunately, only some. Especially in large cities. In agrarian and tiny in vitro towns, it is not available to the vast majority of curious couples. If you're going to finance it fully, hopefully the problem will disappear. However, it seems to me that it is besides a substance of money that many women approach the reserve to have children. But more straight than indirectly.
Because did the ‘direct grant’ of 500 plus increase the birth rate? Nope. Does this mean that it was purely politically motivated, unnecessary budget effort? I'd be far from that. In many cases, and especially for mothers raising their own children, this was very valuable help. And let's not mythologicalize "supporting pathology" for 500 plus. I think these negative cases are in a marginal minority. So how – do you request it or not? Yeah, but... not a very sensible thought was the deficiency of an income criterion. It is hard to believe that in a household with a full income of 12 – 15 1000 per period 500 PLN may be the motivation for having a child. But the troublesome access to nursery and kindergarten is.
So if we redirect the money saved by introducing the income criterion for this purpose, there would most likely be rather quite a few fresh kids. The next motivator for women would be to warrant reemployment in the same/similar position after returning from parental leave.
After motherhood (4 – 5 months), this is not a large problem yet, but after 3 years? As far as a female is concerned, life frequently writes another scripts. On the another hand, it is hard to blame the employer for not ‘holding’ the position for the 3 years. And the thought of a direct fertility relation with money is hard to defend. After all, mediocre countries have the highest natural growth. It's not pink in the richest countries. And besides in Poland erstwhile we were not as rich as present (I mean the 1950s and 1960s), the natural growth was impressive. But well – “signum tempores pierestroikam”. Times, possibilities and requirements have changed. Today, before we multiply, we would like to have quite a few money, travel and live in a good apartment. Of course, these "dreams" do not apply to all, due to the fact that for many they are unrealistic, but they usually concern those who do not have many of these children. Finally, I bow before Peter.
He has the courage to say that his material situation and the deficiency of his own contribution to the flat (which indirectly causes the deficiency of a family) is “the consequence of respective (his!) erroneous life decisions.” It may not be a happy conclusion, but knowing that “I sent myself, and so I sleep poorly,” and not the full planet is guilty, is commendable. Jump in the 21st century
The investment is very... late.
In ANGORE No. 40, in the article "Skok in the 21st Century", I read the opinions of respective prominent personalities on the construction of the Central Communication Port (CPK), collected by Mr. Editor Krzysztof Różycki, whose lyrics I value very much. There are different voices, any people who talk see the request for this investment and others are more skeptical. I belong to the others. It seems to me, although it may be mistaken, that the CPK would have already fulfilled the expected benefits if it had been built in the 1970s, for example. And now it can be different.
In view of the request to introduce, for the time being, restrictive restrictions to save the human environment on our planet, the authoritative usage of liquid fuel-based passenger air transport may be limited. Then what's the airport for? It's adequate already existing. In the meantime, after the election, Mr Horala proudly and joyfully said on his face, what the tv informed about, that the CPK would rise, and this with the financial participation of any abroad entities, so that Poland would have a 51 percent share in this venture. Yet 1 of the questions in the last referendum referred to a possible sale of Polish assets into abroad hands.
The answer suggested by J. Kaczyński was to: NO! And going further along this path, if something doesn't come up (no substance the reason), we will pay contractual penalties for the remainder of the days of our grandchildren. And from another point of view, the CPK is simply a "space-based" project, while life just close the ground is falling apart. Take, for example, average mail. In 2022, 1 consignment sent from the court in Wrocław went to Zielona Góra (160 km) for 46 days (1.5 months), the second 1 for 39 days. This year, I received shipments of bills from Enea, PGNiG and Polkomtel 3 – 4 weeks after the dispatch. Yes, Mr. Horala, message is going slower present than it was in phase day. And 1 more thing. Onegdaj Mr Kaczyński promised (promised) to launch comfortable and common bus connections between smaller towns to facilitate access to doctors, pharmacies, shops, offices and schools. no of this worked out, and it took any time and many of the existing connections were then liquidated. And that continues until today. And the punctuality of passenger trains is not equal to the punctuality of pre-war railways, according to which, as the saying says, watches could be adjusted. And so on...

There has been no specified turmoil as in fresh weeks in our politics. And, unfortunately, there's more than adequate for a while. How will it end? I have no idea. In the lead function – unfortunately – our President. I have late been looking at Michael Arct's "The Dictionary of abroad Words". It was released in 1947, containing 33,000 words, expressions and proverbs. And I came across the President's definition a small unexpectedly. I quote: “The President, the oldest in any collegiate power, the head of the Republic, the mayor of the city”. I was a small surprised, but well, you learn your full life.

As a regular reader of the weekly on October 26, I will remember as the day on which I was “I am comic and terrible – PRL”, as in Wojciech Drewniak's book describing the PRL without censorship. People “overestimated” behave differently. Prosperity costs
I received from my SM a announcement that from the fresh year onwards there will be a change in fees, i.e. an increase in the cost of operation and maintenance of the property from 1.01.2024, i.e. rent for my premises. The justification is "an increase in the hourly rate and minimum wage, which from July 2023 is PLN 3600 and in 2024 will double to PLN 4300, i.e. by 19.45 percent. All these factors translate into an increase in costs on which the Cooperative primarily bases its real property management activities.’
The indicated increase in the minimum wage rate is 4300 – 3600 = 700 PLN per month. My 13th and 14th pensions are about PLN 2500, which gives about PLN 200 a month. Assuming that the minimum wage follows the growth of prosperity, pensions are behind by 700 – 200 = 500 PLN. I would like to point out that all another traders (Wedronks, Lidle, Frogs, etc.) and service providers providing us with electricity, gas, water, garbage collectors besides employment people at minimum rates, hence the overall increase in prosperity. I urge this account to all pensioners and possible pensioners voting for the creators of this prosperity.
I believe that the creators of math textbooks, alternatively of calculating the time or a kilometer of collision of 2 trains going other the same track, should make tasks concerning the growth of prosperity and the time of a possible disaster. KRZYSZTOF
