“The pleasance of Killing”
It's in our blood...
In ANGORE No. 17, I read the interview of editor Krzysztof Różycki with Prof. Andrzej Elżanowski on the subject of the hunt "The pleasance of Killing". Yes, people have the pleasance of killing animals. This most likely comes from the ancients, many thousands of years old or more, the needs of a man to get food. We're meat food. But now killing chaotic animals is no longer a request for survival, but it is not understood for many athletics and "pleasance", and frequently besides a well-paid occupation, that I will mention at least the celebrated safaris or our hunting for mottos.
And as the authors of the quoted text remind us, this sport, unfortunately, involves suffering. I myself saw about 30 years ago cormorants dying in shuffles at fish ponds in northern Wielkopolska, shot at the command of the owner of these ponds, from where besides known politics at the time, due to the fact that they ate fish. The man, called homo sapiens, since the dawn of his existence has most likely a coded tendency to kill—not only animals, but besides representatives of his species, even though religions talk of mercy, brotherhood, and of the fact that all people, regardless of the colour of their skin, have created the ultimate Being of unimaginable love, that there is simply a 5th commandment "don't kill" and "do not do to others what is unkind to you."
It's bullshit! Man has a natural desire to kill, and in this respect he cannot be compared to wolves. And I don't think anyone's going to change that, not even today's alarming images from Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan or Yemen. Sometimes I watch anglers over water. any people catch a fish. I wonder if that's the kind of pain that a fish gets caught in her palate. Especially as the fish, hanging on the line, mostly throws and increases suffering with its weight. But any fisherman could find out for himself if a steel hook like that was stuck in his throat and pulled up the rope. Terrible, isn't it?! So let us not do to others what we do not like. According to religion, these are our smaller brothers. Yours sincerely. MAREK from Zielona Góra
“Like a reader with a reader”
In the hope of a better next day
The discussion has to do with listening to the Adversary and considering his reasons. Mark Twain taught us that no amount of evidence would convince an idiot. The letter of Mr. Grzegorz Nejne in ANGORA No. 17 led me to insert my 3 cents. Mr. Gregory, we all have stupid thoughts sometimes. Wisdom is about keeping it to yourself. erstwhile I read your letter, I see that you do not support the Law and Justice, as much as the SAMO as Nawrocki is an independent candidate. You're asking for an example of a constitutional breach by a erstwhile team. Even if I presented the full book to you, first of all, you will not believe, and second, you will not understand.
I feel sorry for your students, how I felt sorry for the professors of the Jagiellonian University, that they released specified a wonderful lawyer into the world. God distributes his gifts reasonably – 1 gives diplomas and another gives wisdom. As a postgraduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn in the direction of law and administration, it is hard for me to realize how laws could be created in 1 night with the omission of all government (without further seismic readings, without discussion, without vacatio legis), signed by a fast pen of the president in early morning. You ask for an example. Why? What's the point and purpose? After the pretend president of Andrew, everyone in this position will be much better.
I think even a Batyr or a Novgorod, due to the fact that I'm already lost in this wonderful campaign. I observe events closely, and I constantly see that wisdom does not trust itself, and stupidity lends itself credit. We are faced with a hard choice, who to entrust to the highest office for the next 5 years. I realize that cumulative power in 1 camp is simply a bad choice. Taking the lessons out of history, I see that there were besides good moments – see the monopoly of power: Leszek Miller – Aleksander Kwasniewski – where good things could besides be done for the country. present I close my eyes and hope for a better next day I vote for Rafał Trzaskowski. Why?
First, the 3rd power must be healed. Fix justice. Disengage the politicians from this zone. If it were within my competence, I would begin a national debate under the leadership of the president on the change of the Constitution. The erstwhile power together with the president showed that we have a completely fresh constitution, as in Belarus, due to the fact that it is unused. I would liquidate the Constitutional Court due to the fact that the present 1 looks like after the passage of the ASF – irreparable. I would have thought of rebuilding the ultimate Court to take over the competence of the TK. Secondly, under the patronage of the President, I would reconstruct the credibility of social media as a 4th power. The current squad is making the same mistakes as the erstwhile ones. Third: I am a Catholic. To this day, I cannot realize how the PiS activists and the president have done specified large harm to the Catholic Church. This is primarily due to the greed of the clergy, not to common sense. I wonder how effectively the erstwhile squad shut down in half of society the action of the second (important) commandment of God, then the seventh and eighth – I mention to catechism. What's happening to us? It's time for reason and a wise choice. See you on May 18th! Józef Szrejko, Bartoszice
“Humanitely?”
Punish even more!
I would like to mention to Mr Jan Dębek's letter (ANGOR No. 15) entitled "Humanities?". The author of the letter suggests that alternatively of receiving a driver's license, they should be punished financially. I am against this due to the fact that for a rich individual specified a financial punishment is not a severe punishment (and in Poland there is no strategy according to which the amount of the mandate depends on the income earned). simply collect the lowest wage (the remainder under the table), and the bailiff cannot enforce the due penalty.
I know cases like this. The author of the letter says that many people who have been denied a driver’s licence cannot get to work or a doctor. Police or courts shall not receive a driving licence in accordance with the regulations, rights shall be charged for driving under the influence of alcohol or another narcotics, for violating traffic regulations which pose a danger on the road, or erstwhile a adequate number of punishment points are collected. A individual who deliberately violates traffic regulations must be aware of the consequences and of the fact that he may lose his driving licence. He can only resent himself, not the police or the courts.
In the media, people are constantly heard of drivers who, despite being repeatedly detained, proceed driving and are arrested only erstwhile they kill someone. I'm in favour of a driver being caught driving without a licence to lose his vehicle or to be punished with absolute imprisonment. halt the bandit on the roads! Greetings. PIOTR
“In defence of Homeland”
Really?
In the 17th issue of ANGORA, a letter by Mr.Piotr Kazimierz Grądziel was published, treating his experiences with preparation for the defence of the Homeland. Let me describe my experiences, which have not been so successful. I am a small younger than Mr Peter, so my "military" road was a small different.
First about the P.O., which is defensive aspiration in advanced school. These were tiresome classes with many interesting and useful skills in life. We only always wondered why our teacher chose the 2 prettiest girls in the class to show artificial breathing or heart massage. erstwhile we went to the shooting scope (there was 1 at the school field), Mr. PO again peculiarly cared about the right shooting attitude (dying) of any girls. He wasn't curious in our attitude, but possibly that's good.
When I got to college, I had military training from my first year. What a coincidence – besides on Mondays. The top opposition was the military clothes, completely unmatched. In particular, the coats were made of large people, and they were most likely from the Second War or the Second War.
There was a real military dreyl in military studies, completely unlike any of the rules of study: by heart, on time, at the pace. The jokes we utilized to make to our lecturers and ourselves, I could fill a beautiful large book. They all came down to the fact that they were not eagles of intellect, so making them into a horse was not a problem, but any satisfaction, however. They knew that they would teach us little, and they agreed. erstwhile I was about to finish military training with a military camp, the regulations were changed and my yearbook included the work of yearly service at the Reserve Officers School. erstwhile I got there, it turned out that all of us, literally, were trying to free ourselves from this privilege of serving our country. Everyone, of course, unsuccessfully. Those six months of being in the S.R.S., that was just a burp, like we said today.
On the 1 hand, a military regime, i.e. motives, caps, drills, worth, etc.; on the another hand, a rampage as shortly as possible and forget about it. After a while there were passes, so we would return exhausted in the morning to sleep in class all Monday. The school had these typical aules, so it wasn't a problem to be on the advanced level somewhere. erstwhile the alarm was expected to be, we were prejudiced, so we slept in uniforms and shoes, and the alarm cars were loaded with the last layer from the back to make it look filled.
There's the grade-up. It was amazing. I don't know if 1/3 of the grades came from the professors. We had a vast majority of our own. It is understood that they were only ‘5’ and ‘4’. The evaluations determined where we would be assigned to the second six months, that is, to practice for a military unit. There we already knew how to behave in case of an alarm (everyone knew the term), but we besides gained fresh “skills”. I served in the car regiment, so I rapidly learned the secrets of sales by fuel drivers, turning up meters, lifting uniforms and shoes. And besides the professional staff reasoning more about themselves than about their country. Therefore, erstwhile we drank the alcohol that was intended to disinfect the wounds in practice, it was an absolute norm for me. I was prepared to defend my socialist homeland. ARTUR BUKE
To candidate Rafał Trzaskowski
Do not underestimate Mr. Nawrocki and Mr. Mentzen under any circumstances. Mr. Trzaskowski, you must effort very hard and take the residents of south-eastern Poland seriously. Firstly, they are besides full Polish citizens; secondly, they have the right to their own judgement (...). It would besides be good to make voters (though in part) aware that the "cultural wars" are not caused by left, feminists and liberals at all, but by the Law.
This is simply a way of distracting from substantive discussion by indicating an "enemy" around which voters are gathered ("enemy" is 5 – 6 percent of the society that does not break the law, pays taxes, etc. and can believe in God). And those most "holy" from conventional values (e.g. beating a baby in the face or hidden orgies due to the fact that they have wives after church weddings and children) are frequently moral or financial cheaters. This should besides be tried to make voters aware. And delight note another thing: just due to the fact that individual is tiny (e.g. from LGBT) does not mean that they can be limited. Saying “they are few” is simply a fraudulent image for the masses.
In this way you can besides reduce e.g. the ellipse of the agrarian Housewives – they are besides comparatively few. This is how it works: we limit some, then others, and then “inappropriate” others. Be yourself, do not pretend to be different and equal, do not fraternize with the Martynians and etc. with the PiS sidekicks. They're not your voices. Your voices are tiny and average Polish entrepreneurs. The president is not a taxation law, but you can improve the working conditions of these companies as part of the legislative initiative and talks with the government. The State Treasury may come to money in various ways, not necessarily by immediate taxation theft of "small". Unless you want to leave it to Mr Mentzen?
And remember, young people whose age fits KPN and Mr Sławomir most. delight do not support Iustitiy fanatics who want to deprive themselves of their position and the right to prosecute the profession of judges appointed by A. Duda and called neojudges. Is it their responsibility they got the nomination from this individual? So what, after years of study, were they expected to refuse applications due to the fact that any Andrew D. appointed them? That's sick. In the 1950s (the alleged Stalinist) were punished for being a WP officer before September 1939. What kind of army were they expected to be in?
The same thing happens in this case. People finished the cycle of learning and improvement (application) and had the right to be appointed to the position of judge. It is not their responsibility that B. Komorowski lost the 2015 election, due to the fact that he ignored the competitor, and a bunch of writers prepared a jump on the state, and especially on the pocket of Poles. In the second round, the winner will most likely have a tiny advantage (...). Present neojudges are not much of a vote, but it's better to have them in favour than against. Even more so, they voted for the Coalition. I know that these people, if they are afraid to work with a career, will vote against the Lord due to the fact that "A closer body shirt than a Sucman." The Lord is to join the society of IV of Poland (Polish), not to share [...]!
And delight privately, in private, in the privacy of the house, honestly pray that Mr. Holovnia will prove smarter than 5 years ago (I do not think of paying homage to Roman bishops and Roman clergy). As already noted in the 16th century: “Paris is worth mass”. As for democracy: erstwhile are you yet going to start the judicial trials of literate criminals? I know the gang left behind by Ziobra is disturbing, but not everyone belongs to his criminal clique. Parliamentary commissions are only embarrassing the current power. Only public (with an audience, on TV) processes, based on reliable evidence, can change the judgement of Kaczyński and his people in any writings. And seizures – it appeals to people. erstwhile the Law and Justice will return to power (and it is not said that it is not), it will close for revenge "for hunger, for blood, for years of tears" as it goes. Just 1 word from the president. The processes of the Stalinist years will be a pleasant memory.
Perhaps even from graves they will draw “the guilty.” You can't, even for the possible later PSL–PiS coalition, cover for a gang of criminals like the United Right (...). And for the trials, appoint brilliant, know-how-of-laws and foolproof prosecutors and judges with a sharp, cut-and-throat rift. For the sake of clarity, I repeat: the trials and judgments MUST be based on the actual and proven crime. PIOTR J.
Surprise
I'm a man of the right age, due to the fact that I've late had an 80, so it would seem that small can surprise me, and yet... It is said that there are 2 unlimited things in this world: human foolishness and divine mercy. I feel like I've late encountered the first one. Well, on the net (and not only) there was the news that after respective years of waiting for our power, we managed to establish a whip on spies in the form of a ban on photographing and filming all types of military and civilian objects, referred to as "strategic objects".
Someone might say, "At last! However, as a reasoning man (homo sapiens, a word hard for our politicians and seniors) let me have a number of doubts. The first concerns drivers, owners of alleged video recorders. A horse with a row of who enforces from drivers turning off specified recorders erstwhile passing alongside strategical facilities, which is reportedly over 26 1000 in Poland, due to the fact that how would they do that?
From the minute of disconnection of the power origin to the end of the registration it is 10 – 15 seconds, so common sense says that warnings about the existence of a "strategic object" should be placed on the road at a distance of 2 – 3 km before specified an object. What about cameras mounted on buses, trams, railway locomotives, fire engines or ambulances? Will they be turned off in places like this? And all the ‘instrumental cameras’ that have been established (and just put into service) on police uniforms and ambulance personnel? Will they gotta apply for recording approval 2 days before the intervention erstwhile intervening in the area of ‘objects considered strategic’? Questions multiply like rabbits.
I fishy that something akin happened in the heads of people smearing akin recipes – complete thoughtlessness. It is the 21st century, a pack of satellites orbiting over our heads, any of them equipped with cameras of large resolution, capable of distinguishing the kind of panty hanging on a string on a balcony in a "strategically important" person. And a tiny addition: where the hell do you get these thousands of police officers to control the compliance of millions of drivers to the work to disable recording according to this regulation (Law?!).
I can already imagine a police officer stopping a car leaving the tunnel (because it is besides a “strategic object!”) and checking that the camera was turned off while crossing the tunnel. I won't mention a small thing like cameras mounted on the rear-view mirrors in cars, which is already a common solution. Are the police gonna requisition these mirrors? There will be specialized courses for police, how do you operate different types of video recorders? That's ridiculous! The police have something else to do, and it's not enough. I say a full bunch of road pirates and common thugs will thank you for specified orders, due to the fact that their crimes will not be recorded.
To be clear, the second day after I read the information about these rules, I took down the recorder I had mounted in my car. I don't number on people with power in their hands, I don't anticipate them to think logically, which supposedly erstwhile had a future... With respect Dr. Jan WERTZ
