The Coalition for the Salvation of the Polish School sent a letter to the Prime Minister. She informed the Prime Minister about the demands contained in a petition submitted in the MEN, supported by nearly 100 social organizations, and called for the school to leave the subject of education for household life, as well as respect for constitutional rights of parents, and supported a letter from the Polish Federation of defence Movements of Life addressed to the Prime Minister on this matter.

Dear Prime Minister,
As a Coalition for the Salvation of the Polish School, we associate 80 social organizations (educational, parental, teacher, medical and patriotic) which is at the heart of the Polish school. We formulate expertise, participate in meetings of committees and parliamentary teams, as well as in public hearings and public consultations organised by MEN and IBE, organize conferences and meetings on subjects related to education. respective of our experts (doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, teachers, Methodists, educational experts, lawyers) prepared in November 2024 a more than 100-page critical expertise on the basic programming of the fresh subject wellness education that was sent to MEN.
On 21.08.2024, we besides formulated a petition signed by nearly 100 social organizations addressed to MEN, in which we presented the following requests:
- leaving education in the curriculum of general subjects to be raised to life in a household where sexual education is embedded in the context of matrimony and family;
- failure to introduce a fresh subject of wellness education into schools, including sexual education embedded in the context of health;
- Respect for the constitutional rule of parental parenthood, by leaving these classes in schools voluntary, which include the subject of education in the field of sexual life (sexual education).
We regret that only our last request will be taken into account as announced by the MEN, and only in 2025.
On behalf of Polish parents and teachers, we express our strong opposition to the liquidation of the subject of the “Bringing up for life in the family” announced by the MEN, and at the same time we support the position of the Polish Federation of Life defence Movements contained in a letter to the Prime Minister dated 22.01.2025 expressed in the words that “the intention of the MEN to destruct Raising for life in the household means depriorizing the function of the household in the state and society. It goes against the good of the students and their families. For this reason, we call for the intervention of the Prime Minister, who will let us to preserve and improve this subject for the sake of our children and society as a whole."
