Lewicki: Trzaskowski in Koński was not weakened by Nawrocki, only by partners

The plan of the staff of Rafał Trzaskowski was most likely such: the president of the capital calls for a debate of the PiS candidate. Karol Nawrocki, who had already made the same-sounding proposal to Trzaskowski respective days earlier, should express his readiness. If he refuses, you know, a coward, he challenges him to a duel, and then it's vain to look for him on a slaughtered ground...


But if he did, the president of the capital should have easy dealt with him. – After all, Nawrocki is stiff, charisms in it as much as poisons in a match, and in addition his "national" tromtadrations give unintended comic effect.

So easy is the opponent, possibly the staff were dreaming of a repeat of eighteen years ago, erstwhile Donald Tusk defeated in the tv studio Jarosław Kaczyński, and then most likely already went for power in accelerated elections. But the situation got out of hand.

When the PiS staff placed the conditions for Nawrocki's participation in the debate, everything seemed to be moving in the desired direction by the KO. Nawrocks without presence in the studio of "journalists" tv Republic and in Poland24 did not want to debate.

Then Trzaskowski would wait a while for his rival and then laughter at him. Only at the same time, the preparation of Sakiewicz, Karnowski and Tadeusz Rydzyk media to organize their debate was started for the staff with TVP, TVN and Polsat, as well as through social media. It wasn't a bad script for KO either.

Let Nawrocki be produced on the market, among the jarmaric buds! However, the first twist came, just over 8 hours before the debate. Szymon Hołownia, whose press service invited to Świdnica in the morning to watch the comedy "Sami Yours", due to the fact that "when others argue about the debate, Simon Hołownia chooses a conversation and a common time with residents", abruptly changed his mind, cancelled his stay in Lower Silesia and went to Koński.

"I will not let half of Poland to be excluded from the elections," he wrote on the X portal. The Marshal of the Sejm with this decision strengthened himself in a game in which – so the polls said – he was completely irrelevant. Not only did he do large in both conversations, but he forced KO to open the gathering at 8:00 p.m. on participants another than Nawrocki. In case that's not enough, Holovnia "gathered a team" after the performance in the Republic and in the gym where Trzaskowski was waiting, Nawrocki besides moved.

Nawrocki wasn't good, but he wasn't dramatically bad either. On social media, however, he was highly unsuccessful – according to the analysis of the Res Futura collective he was most frequently pointed out as a lost debate, judged not as a weak candidate, but as a comic one, which recites an empty message. His performances were not even defended by right-wing sympathizers who knew Stanowski, Braun or Mentzen. Of course, commenting on political reality on FB or X is not the full Poland, but seniors, or the mobilized core of the PiS electorate, are seldom active on Instagram.

However, in combination with the results that Nawrocki notes in the polls, lower than his support for his party, it is clear that this candidate did not delight, does not delight and is improbable to delight, but to the II circular he most likely crawls, especially due to the fact that his main rival in the fight for the second position besides has his troubles.

There was no Mentzen in Horses

Initially, this decision about absence seemed reasonable – here we observed embarrassing debates about the debate of the wilting duopol, and at the finish we have already seen these solitary monologues of Nawrocki and Trzaskovsky. For a Confederate candidate, as "the 3rd one", it would be a dream scenario.

Besides, he has already set the communicative on the X portal: "The strategy defends itself due to the fact that it sees that the duo of the PiS-PO can end and does not want to let anything to change in Poland." Only that the improvement of events – erstwhile all roads began to lead to Horses – amazed Mentzen in Lower Injections. He did not make it to the debate, so he automatically disappeared from public opinion radars. Now he has to show up on Monday's tv debate Republic.

Absent during crucial events (and specified an event was the debate in Koński) are wrong. I will return to the events of 2007. Prior to the tv gathering between Tusk and Kaczyński, PiS president debated with Aleksandr Kwasniewski, resulting in marginalization of the PO leader – the group's ratings fell by 5 points at the time, with the same increase in support of the PiS, to 36%.

That is why Tusk began to publically request a debate with Kaczyński due to the fact that he knew that he had become temporarily invisible to the public.

Let's go back to Trzaskowski. He did not participate in the first debate, hence the Holownia built on it. This was most likely a hard experience for the talker of the Sejm, he had to scream to break through the sympathetic with Charles and the inactive chanting audience.

But he managed and carried the energy obtained there, he besides shone in the second debate. The president of the capital was correct, but he fell light and made 1 serious mistake. It's about the LGBT flag sequence. Presented by Nawrocki, it was hidden by Trzaskowski and it has not yet burdened him. The problem for the president of the capital began erstwhile Magdalena Biejat took over this flag due to the fact that "she is not ashamed of it". It was the most frequently commented on on social media a single incidental from the debate (for: Res Futura) and a minute of highest emotional saturation. The candidate KO lost, the candidate fresh Left gained.

There was a paradoxical situation at all that Trzaskowski was not weakened by Nawrocki, only by partners, Holovnia and Biejat. The talker of the Sejm, who from the beginning of the run had been positioned as an opposition (making a government and a parliamentary majority) during the second debate did not come out of this function and, for example, asked questions to the coalitions erstwhile the draft law on the prosecution or the position of judges would appear in the Sejm, and Trzaskowski himself, whether he would be subordinate to Tusk.

In addition, Poland 2050 will want to settle for participation in this public tv project. The chief of staff of Holown, Jacek Cichocki already accused TVP of breaking the law and supporting 1 candidate. It is possible that after Friday evening and Holovnia, and Biejat will shortly announcement poll growth, and Trzaskowski will weaken slightly. The staff of the president of the capital, who invented the debate in Koński, alternatively of helping, somewhat damaged Trzaskowski.

Because the script developed was thrown out by another participants in the presidential race and the large improvisation began, and the final performance of the candidates was decided by reflexes and a bit of happiness.
