It is an emptiness, behind which there is only a desire to oppress a political competitor and a desire to gain or keep power. Then the organization interest is identified with state rations and hence each group has its "right".
Let's look at 2 directions.
American and Ukrainian, west and east. Our reason for the state is to keep American interest in the safety of Europe and American military presence in our country. Our reason for the state is the defeat of the Russian aggressor, which is simply a fair peace for Ukraine.
Our reason for the state is that the US should stay a democratic and predictable state, and Russia should be weakened as much as possible. For Ukraine to defend independency and sovereignty. So Washington can support Kiev, not deal with Moscow. It's so obvious, it's so trivial.
And at this point it must be seen that although both sides of the political party, which has been going on for 20 years, conflict, have their own behind their ears, in terms of knowing the Polish reason for the state, it is only 1 side, that is, the Law and Justice does not realize it at all. Or: she doesn't care what this state is, due to the fact that there is an overriding goal: to have power. This goal is subject to everything else.
Example: Sovereign Ukraine is crucial for our security. Despite this, Novogródka and Karol Nawrocki do not hesitate to take an anti-Ukrainian course. And they do so due to the fact that in Poland social sentiments have changed and the PiS wants to usage any Poles' reluctance to Ukrainians at the ballot box and gain points in a confrontation with the Confederate or Crown Grzegorz Braun, even more anti-Ukrainian parties (let us add that anti-Ukrainianness present equals pro-Russianism).
It is simply a pity that the another side is active in this game – for example, the work on the bill, which limits the provision of 800 plus only for children of Ukrainian parents working in Poland, or the constant withdrawal from the participation of the Polish army in any mission in Ukraine after the end of the war with Russia.
And only Poland's pity and regret
For a long time I have the impression that Polish political elites do not realize the word "Realpolitik" that they have forgotten that states do not have friends, but interests. And that, rather widely enough, abroad policy has become a hostage to interior policy, or alternatively electoral policy.
All we have left is simply a political struggle, led by polls and algorithms, which is to spectacularly "torage" the enemy as part of a civilian war. And this road leads us astray.
And only Poland is simply a pity and regret.
