In consequence to expanding mobility, the electoral code allows Poles to participate in elections besides outside the home committee. This includes the anticipation of a one-time change in the voting place of hundreds of thousands of voters. However, we request to know about the crucial condition that needs to be fulfilled before voting in the second circular – negligence can end in unpleasant surprise at the polling station.
