Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lavrow ruled out fast peace talks, commenting on a possible gathering of Russian and Ukrainian presidents. In an interview with NBC News, he said Vladimir Putin is ready to meet Volodymyr Zelenski, but only if there is simply a "real agenda, a presidential agenda".
