Russian MFA chief Sergei Lavrow announced on Wednesday that plans to strengthen the German army, which late spoke of by Chancellor Friedrich Merz, were "very disturbing". He stated that this was associated with the period of 2 planet wars in the 20th century. He besides stressed that the origin of the war in Ukraine was Kiev's policy of pursuing NATO.
