Latvia will transfer its full fleet of post-Soviet helicopters to Ukraine

During the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference, Latvian Prime Minister Krisjanis Karinš confirmed the transfer of all post-Soviet helicopters by Latvia to Ukraine.
