On Tuesday, the head of the Pentagon reported a cut in military aid spending in Ukraine, and already another information that should bother Kiev. Bloomberg's agency reached the draft communication, prepared for the nearest NATO summit in The Hague. Ukraine is barely mentioned in it, and the position towards Russia has been softened. In a word – you can see that the paper is created under the Donald Trump line.
