On Wednesday, 3 global meetings were held prior to Donald Trump's conversation with Vladimir Putin, which is scheduled for August 15, Alaska. During 1 of them, Poland was represented by president Karol Nawrocki. The remaining meetings were attended by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who after their completion addressed the proposal to the president of Poland.
Kulisy of Nawrocki's conversation with Trump
The details of the teleconferencing were discussed by the President's Chancellery Head, Zbigniew Bogucki. He betrayed that Karol Nawrocki actively participated in the discussion and pointed out the crucial anniversary of the 1920 Warszawski Battle.
– He said first of all to Donald Trump, but everyone heard that in 1920 Poles, supported by Ukrainians, stopped this russian march not only to Poland, not only to Warsaw, but to all Europe – said Bogucki.

Nawrocki besides stressed that from the point of view of Polish past it was the most crucial conflict and "one of the most crucial in the past of the world".

Karol Nawrocki will meet Donald Tuski
As we wrote on Temat.pl, after talking to Donald Trump and European leaders, Prime Minister Tusk revealed more details during the press conference. The chief of government stressed that he would like to talk to Karol Nawrocki about "not getting played by anyone, not by enemies or allies"
– In any case, where the interest of Poland is, I will cooperate with president Nawrocki. Regardless of what I think of his views, any actions. I was critical and I will not change my opinion, but I know what belongs to the duties of the President, as regards the duties of the Prime Minister," said the Prime Minister.
He besides added that "President Nawrocki must accept the fact that I am Prime Minister, I have reconciled that he is President".
– I'm certain we'll work together. I proposed to the President's office that if we could meet next day and sum up what is happening on the Ukrainian front and in negotiations with another countries," he said.
It is already known that the gathering between Donald Tusk and Karol Nawrock will take place on Thursday, August 14, at noon at the Presidential Palace.
