"She immediately said that she was most likely the first time in the prosecutor's office, she spoke openly about it, and that was the subject of specified a human discussion. (...) According to the lawyer, at no point at the proceeding Barbara Skrzypek expressed no desire for her attorney, Adj. Krzysztof Gotkowicz, to participate in the hearing, nor did she rise any objections about the form and dimension of the hearing. "Her lawyer was downstairs and saw no request to contact him. There was no motion for a break, there was no charge of protocol. Therefore, erstwhile I heard allegations on Saturday that prosecutor Wrzosek was guilty of something, I got a blow" - said Mr Dubois.
In his opinion, the appropriate proceeding was interrupted. The violin was besides not the alleged mediocre wellness of the witness. "From what she said (Barbara Skrzypek - op. PAP) and what was recorded in the protocol, nothing came out of it, and this protocol was signed by her and these statements were made, if I remember, in the presence of the patron," he said. In his opinion, 'we have 2 realities - the reality which was held in the area close Chocimska and this reality which Mr Jarosław Kaczyński is talking about'.
Mec. Dubois estimated that the allegations concerning the conduct of the Violin proceeding were raised by "persons who did not participate in this proceeding and who did not verify in any way what was happening to those who were there." He besides stressed that the Violin had been interrogated as a witness, "for the sake of the cognition or events that she had seen or heard, but this did not concern her in any way."
On Monday evening, a communication on the proceeding of Skrzypek was published on its website by the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. According to a 9-page witness proceeding protocol, the proceedings began at 10 a.m. and ended at 2.40 p.m. During the proceeding a 12-minute recess was ordered. The D.A., pursuant to Art. 87 par. 3 kpk, refused to let the witness's typical to be admitted in the hearing, stating that the defence of the interests of a non-party does not require this. She orally justified her position, which was noted in the minutes of the hearing" - the prosecutor stated in the communication.
It states that after the completion of the operation, the protocol was read to the witness and signed by all persons active in the hearing, and the witness left the prosecutor's office in the presence of Mr Krzysztof Gotkowicz, who was waiting for the completion of the operation in the prosecutor's building. "The witness raised no objections to the form and dimension of the hearing. Apart from problems with reading requiring wearing glasses, the witness did not study any wellness problems" - indicated.

The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw besides informed that Barbara Skrzypek's death had been reported via the media on 15 March 2025 in late evenings.
