If young people don't drink, they don't get to know each other, and if they don't meet, then they don't have kids. Does that sound ridiculous? All the better. It is simply a satirical view of public "diagnosis", which increasingly sounds like a cabaret, although they address very real problems: housing, prospects and the future of the young generation.
