In yesterday's debate organized by the Right Entrepreneur's Foundation, I utilized the phrase "silent killer" for the first time in my terms.
The point is that abroad entities are able to take over the marketplace not thanks to better products, but thanks to the information advantage gained from the Polish KSeF system. That makes him the silent killer of the local business. This is simply a substance worth developing.
Why is it so dangerous?
- Information asymmetry. KSeF provides abroad information (by Imperva/Thales) metadata about all Polish invoice: NIP, entity names, net/VAT/gross, currency, invoice numbers, business dates.
- ☠️ Invisible competition. Polish companies don't know they're being spy on. abroad competitors have full insight into their finances, supply chains, and pricing strategies — and usage this against them.
- Bankruptcy for no reason. Polish entrepreneurs will not realize why their business is failing. They'll look for guilt in themselves, the market, the crisis... and the real reason? The KSeF gave their data to abroad entities.
The effects will be delayed, but inevitable!!!
- Polish companies lose their advantage. abroad players optimize prices, bargain customers and win tenders with full cognition of the Polish market.
- 🏴☠️ economical colonization. Poland becomes a reserve of inexpensive labour alternatively than a stand-alone player.
- 🏴☠️ deficiency of consciousness. No 1 can tie the collapses of KSeF companies. The government and the media are silent, and cyber safety experts are afraid to talk out.
This is not a conspiracy explanation — I base it on facts conclusively proven on the basis of OSINT, or public data publically published by the Ministry of Finance. Any kid can examine it and confirm it.
Even if Poles oil it and Polish businessmen do not understand, Germany, Portuguese, Chinese and all others will understand. They already know that the USA, France and Israel have gained an information advantage in Poland. We can be idiots, but we cannot anticipate that the same idiots will be everyone else who wants to do business in Poland. And they're gonna press to get that data from KSeF...
