The judges of the Constitutional Tribunal did not receive remuneration for February, as Krystyna Pawłowicz, a associate of the Constitutional Tribunal, said. The deficiency of money for judges' salaries is the effect of cuts in the budget bill for 2025. The funds for the Constitutional Court and the National Judicial Council were importantly reduced, and the cuts mainly included salaries of those in those institutions. The current government, like the European Courts – EU Court of Justice (TEU) and European Court of Human Rights (ETPCz) – the current TK, filled exclusively with PiS denominations, consider illegal.
