Krystian Markiewicz, elected to the Constitutional Tribunal, resigned from the position of a common court judge. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who is in the same situation, informed the Minister of Justice about the vacancy in her position at the territory Court in Opole, but did not resign from the office, due to the fact that in her opinion her position was transformed.
