Krystian will take you on a journey to Fukushima – places that have caused both horror and curiosity since the atomic disaster in 2011. In turn, Szymon Górnicki will focus on the subject of dinosaurs and talk about how they are modernly reconstructed. Sounds exciting, doesn't it?
Krystian Machnik – an explorer of contaminated zones and founder of irradiated.pl
Krystian Machnik is simply a frequenter of radioactively contaminated places. He graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he defended his master’s thesis “Construction of the hind limb of the aetosaurus from the documentary position “Trias” in Krasiejów.” For years, he was active in the activities of the Student discipline ellipse of the UAM Paleontologists.
Simon is simply a creative open-minded individual who is passionate about the reconstruction of extinct species. His peculiar interest is the past of paleontology and paleoart, which is reflected in many articles he wrote on this subject. A characteristic component of his work are besides satirical paleontological drawings, combining technological cognition with artistic attraction.
He is presently working on the documentary "Dinosaurs and Art", the first documentary to tell about paleo art in Poland. He is besides active in paleoartist projects, writing articles, conducting interviews and widely understood paleontological education. Apart from paleontology and paleo art, he is curious in art, fantasy and modeling.
