KRS after new. Judges regain key law

On Friday, the Sejm passed an amendment to the Act on the National Judicial Council and related amendment of the Electoral Code. Judges - members of the KRS - are to be elected in direct and secret elections organised by the PKW all judges, not - as at present - the Sejm.
