Due to the statutory work to value the subscription fees laid down in the licence fees Act of 21 April 2005, The KRRiT adopted a regulation on subscription fees for the usage of radio and tv receivers in 2026 at the lowest possible level.
Fees
The amount of subscription for the usage of radio and tv receivers in 2026 for 1 month:
- Radio receiver — 9.50 zł
- Radio and tv receiver – PLN 30.50
Subscription rate with 10% discount for fees paid in advance, for the full 2026 year:
- Radio receiver —PLN 102,60
- Radio and tv receiver – PLN 329,40
Discounts for subscription fees in monthly settlement:
- 3,0 % of the monthly fee for 2 months in advance,
- 4,0 % of the monthly fee for 3 months in advance,
- 5,0 % of the monthly fee for six months in advance.
The fee must be paid in advance by the 25th day of the first period of the mention period.
Where to pay the subscription:
1. All post offices – no charge.
2. Website of the Polish Post Office – no additional charges.
3. Financial institutions specified as banks.
Four e-transfers.
5. Selected commercial or service points providing money transportation services (e.g. for water, gas, electricity, ZUS, KRUS, etc.).
Fees from the subscription are intended exclusively for the implementation of the public mission by tv Polska, Polish Radio and regional radio company.
The Regulation shall enter into force 14 days after publication in the authoritative diary of the Acts.
