Did Tusk forget his speech?

During the Thursday press conference, Prime Minister Donald Tusk was asked by Monika Rutke of "Solidarity Weekly" and the portal Tysol.pl about his earlier message in which he was to propose that Donald Trump might be associated with Russia. The Prime Minister powerfully denied that he had always made specified a suggestion.

The problem is, there's evidence that Donald Tusk's mouth actually said that. In early 2023, during a gathering with voters in Bytom, the Prime Minister said:

Trump and his dependence on Russian services are no longer up for discussion today. It's not my guess, it's the consequence of an investigation of American services. They do not regulation out American services that Trump was even recruited by Russian services 30 years ago.

Blacklist Rutke

The task of an uncomfortable question had further consequences for Monica Rutke. As she wrote on the X portal:

I was informed by Mrs. Rucińska that I would no longer be invited to the conference.

Undersecretary of State in KPRM, Agnieszka Rucińska, denied that a writer was banned from participating in Prime Minister's conferences. She explained that she had only informed Monika Rutke from the "Solidarity Week" and the portal Tysol.pl that she would no longer organise for her the chance to ask questions due to the fact that the writer refused to accept time constraints. Rucińska besides explained that the Prime Minister could not answer many questions from 1 editorial board due to the fact that he was in a hurry to catch a plane.

KRRiT reporting to RPO

However, specified setting of the case did not convince the National Broadcasting Council. Maciej Świrski issued a peculiar communication on:

The organizers of the press conferences of Prime Minister Donald Tusk prevent any journalists from performing their duties by blocking participation in conferences and obstructing questions. By limiting journalists' rights to public information and press criticism, as well as disrupting citizens' access to reliable and actual information, they violate both the Polish Constitution and the Press Law.

The president of the KRRiT believes that the writer "Solidarity Week" did not have the chance to clarify the question to the Prime Minister, even though another journalists were free to ask their questions. He besides recalled the earlier problems of tv Republika journalists with access to conferences organised by KPRM and Ministry of Culture. Journalists of this station were repeatedly excluded from participating in press conferences, and their questions required prior acceptance, which, according to the president of the KRRiT, violated the right to public information and press criticism.

Therefore, in May he submitted 2 notifications to the prosecutor's office, and in summertime the territory Court in Warsaw obliged the Ministry of Culture to apologise to tv Republic for excluding their writer from the conference. The Ombudsman then asked for clarifications, and the station's head, Jarosław Olechowski, reported that respective global organizations in defence of freedom of speech were supported by tv Republika.
