Russia is effectively developing relations with a large number of countries, in fact in all areas where there is an interest in developing cooperation with our country" - said Piesków journalists.

The spokesman's message came after the European leaders supported the American plan for a 30-day ceasefire and threatened Russia with "massed" sanctions if they did not agree to it," recalled Reuter's agency.
