On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, 306 dead children will be buried in the Tyniecki Podgórniki Kraków.
The City Social Assistance Centre, the Polish Association of Defenders of Human Life and the Diocesan Ministry of Families of Lost Children inform about the solemn farewell of dead children. The ceremony will begin with the Holy Mass celebrated at 9.30 in the cemetery chapel in Podgórki Tyniecki at 16 Wielogórska Street. After Holy Mass, the children will be taken to the grave.

The invitation to the ceremony is addressed to all those who in the atmosphere of reflection and silence want to accompany the youngest in their last way. Attendance in the ceremony of dead children is simply a sign of memory and respect for their short life, and an chance to reflect on the sanctity of life, regardless of its length.
The bodies of children come from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and were donated by the University infirmary in Krakow.
Currently, the law in force in Poland requires that a kid be buried at all phase of pregnancy, if his remains or corpses have been secured. If the household (for any reason) decides not to collect the body from the hospital, the work to bury the kid rests with the municipality.
